Divorces can get very ugly, and Sonja Morgan was certainly struggling in the midst of hers on "The Real Housewives of New York City." She broke down after a settlement meeting with her ex-husband, John -- J.P. Morgan heir -- didn't go well at all.RELATED: Sonja Morgan Ex Husband John Adams Morgan Dominates RHONY Storyline
"I came out of that meeting with nothing. And he’s not stepping up to the plate. He doesn’t care about me. He doesn’t care about our daughter," she lamented. She then vowed to sue him.
According to People, Sonja was battling bankruptcy at this time, and nearly $20 million of debt, so her urgency certainly makes sense. And she did sue her husband, as reported by Starcasm.
But all is not as bleak as it seemed in this episode. Sonja appeared on "Watch What Happens: Live" after this episode aired and said of the situation, "We are talking now and we’re trying to work things out." So maybe better are days ahead for Sonja and her daughter.
That dude looks like a fossil. I bet he used to hang out with Abe Lincoln.
