Bethenny Frankel Announces That Her Talk Show Has Been Picked Up

Celebuzz.com:
Congratulations Bethenny Frankel!   The Real Housewife of New York’s talk show, Bethenny, has been picked up after its six-week trial run this past summer.
“This lady gave me a talk show,” Frankel said of Ellen Degeneres on Monday’s Ellen Show. Drinking the housewife’s own Skinny Girl tangerine vodka, the two toasted to her new venture. Degeneres will executive produce the talk show along with Warner Bros. Telepictures.
So what’s the word on Bethenny?
“We are not going to give a lot of details, because we can’t,” Degeneres said. “But, it is safe to say she will be on television soon. The television show will be back on the air.”
Frankel’s show was broadcast on FOX stations in six markets this summer including New York, Los Angeles, Philadelphia, Minneapolis, Dallas and Phoenix. The show performed best in New York, Los Angeles, Philadelphia, and Minneapolis.
As there’s no information on when Bethenny will air, Ellen has decided to bring some segments from the Housewife’s show to her own, such as “Let’s go there.”
During the hilarious segment, we heard from Lisa, a 39-year-old who confessed she was dating a 78-year-old, and Sherri, a 56-year-old nana who has got a serious crush on rapper Pit Bull.
