'Real Housewives of Miami' Ratings Flat; Far Behind 'New Jersey,' 'Atlanta'

Examiner.com:
The ratings for the second episode of "The Real Housewives of Miami" are in, and this is really going to feel a little bit like a broken record.

When you look at the numbers this week from where they were the last time we checked in, one thing is constant: both shows ended up drawing a 0.5 rating in the 18-49 demographic, which is what the network looks for above all else for ad revenue. In the race for total viewers, meanwhile, the premiere ended up having around 40,000 more total viewers in 1.065.

So what does all of this mean when it comes to comparisons? Ultimately, it does not look as though the show is going to be getting a third season for sure. "The Real Housewives" franchise is almost universally a higher-rated one than what "Miami" is showing, and the installments from New Jersey and Atlanta are in particular ratings monsters.
I imagine that fans calling for Bravo to give "Real Housewives of D.C." another shot (and they are out there) will no doubt be using this news to further their claims.

    1. I agree. It's so much better than the rhonj. And the Miami Wives are so much MORE beautiful than those fugly new Jersey wives. Plus they're just warming up in the beginning. At least they're not related and they're all different families. Now Bravo needs to get rid of those one note idiot new Jersey Wives. They're stuck on stupid. And if Bravo doesn't watch out they're gonna end up getting sued by one of those psychotic Jersey wives after they end up murdering one of the family members.

  4. This article is misleading. The show aired twice, at 9 and at 10. It had one million viewers at nine and almost a million viewers at 10. That's almost 2 million viewers, which RHONY is currently achieving. People are hesitant to tune in after last year but this year is a completely different show. And it's goooooood
