Adrienne Maloof 'Very Happy' Judge Granted Paul Nassif Supervised Visits Of Kids

RadarOnline.com:
The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Adrienne Maloof is "very happy" that a judge granted supervised visitation of her three sons to estranged husband Dr. Paul Nassif in court Wednesday morning, RadarOnline.com is exclusively reporting.

"Adrienne doesn't want Paul to have unmonitored visitation with their three sons because she is concerned about their well-being around their dad," a source close to the situation tells Radar. "The judge allowed Paul to have monitored supervision with their three sons on September 29. Adrienne will ask for that to be the norm going forward at the restraining order hearing, which is scheduled for October 6. Adrienne was granted a temporary restraining order last week over allegations of emotional and physical abuse that Paul allegedly inflicted on his family. Adrienne is very happy with the judge's decision in court today and will do whatever the judge asks of her and will follow his orders to the letter."

Nassif went to court Wednesday in an attempt to get his visitation rights re-instated after Maloof obtained a temporary restraining order against him last week, which prohibited him from having any contact with his estranged wife and three kids. The Department of Children and Family Services conducted an investigation into the abuse allegations.

Nassif told the judge "All of the allegations are false and the children are not being harmed. Children should have both parents in their lives." Social workers found no evidence that Nassif physically or emotionally abused the boys.

The Beverly Hills plastic surgeon said he wants 50 percent custody of the boys, and the judge said those issues would be re-visited at the hearing on October 9 to determine if the temporary restraining order should be made permanent.

In the meantime, Nassif has been granted visitation rights for the next two Saturdays.

  1. It sickens me to see that she has gone to this extreme to revoke his parental rights taken from him because she is now claiming abuse. What is making me even more sicker is that the courts are allowing it. Who suffers through all this? THE KIDS.... Is she not thinking of the KIDS and there rights, is she now saying that is fun play is abuse? SHAME ON YOU Adrienne SHAME ON YOU. Take your popularity an run with it and falsely accuse your spouse of abuse. If anyone should not have the kids it is her and her never being around due to her filming & all her other adventures she is now presuing. So not she is out for blood and wants to take him down, what a low life. WOW don't want to see her on RHOBH.. Wonder what false accusations she going to be throwing on air. Adrienne your loosing SUPPORT and your FANS do not like it. ;/

  2. Seems like games are being played here. Who has the most money. Who has the biggest ego. Doesn't seem to be about the kids. These people seem so selfish and self absorbed. Here's the thing, my x has supervised visits because he is on cocaine. It breaks my heart. No matter how angry I was, I would never keep my child from their parent. Let's grow up and start taking care of our children. We need some social reform. Honestly, shows like real housewives she be gone. Just crap. But who knows, maybe all the sudden this man is a threat and abusive....hmmm...her and taylor have so much in common now....must be nice to have lots of money and power.
