TMZ reports that Vicki Gunvalson, 50, “scored a multi-million dollar haul” in her “drawn-out divorce”. Reportedly the former couple has been working out the settlement details since Vicki filed for divorce from Donn, 60, in 2010. TMZ has obtained the legal documents that show Vicki has been granted sole ownership of the 5,400 square foot Coto de Caza home. The mansion sits on a one-acre plot of land, and has a pool that features a waterfall. The couple had put the house on the market for $2.65 million dollars but had not been able to sell at that price.
In the RHOC season seven opener, Vicki claims her “tank is full and she’s driving into her future” with new love interest Brooks Ayers. All season long Vicki battled friends, family and foes over her relationship with the seemingly unemployed, child support avoiding father of four. Brooks Ayers, 45, a lifelong resident of Mississippi, has relocated to Orange County and now lives with Vicki Gunvalson in her Coto de Caza home.
So that justifies your 5+ year affair with that paunchy, toothless, broke ass hillbilly who owes child support on 4 kids from 3 different women! Don was WAY to good for your sorry ass!!
