Porsha Stewart Lands Solo in Kandi Burruss's Play

Wetpaint.com:
Earlier this week, we learned that Porsha Stewart is definitely a cast member in Kandi Burruss's play, A Mother's Love. And, now, we can confirm that she will be belting out a solo in the production!

The Real Housewives of Atlanta newbie took to Instagram to reveal the news.

"Listening to my Solo in @kandiburruss New play "A Mother's Love" !! Lord bless my vocals that night I gotta show up and show out for my vocal debut ... The song is so good I hope my best girl lets me release it as a single! She put her foot in all these tracks for the play'#youdontwanttomissthis #excited #amotherslove#blessed," Porsha gushed.

During Season 5 of Real Housewives of Atlanta, Porsha was supposed to share her singing talent with us during Cynthia Bailey's Miss Renaissance pageant, but we never got to hear her vocal chops since Cynthia ended up firing her.

But, later during the Season 5 Reunion, Porsha stood up from the couches to deliver a few beautiful verses of "Amazing Grace." Kandi was definitely impressed, so we're super happy to hear that she decided to give Porsha a chance to shine in her play.

Other Mother's Love cast members include R&B legends Shirley Murdock and Eddie Levert, plus D. Woods, Q Parker, and Chandra Currelley. The show will be running at the Rialto Theater in Atlanta for three days, starting on November 22.
