As we previously reported, Monday’s episode of the Bravo reality show saw the ladies convene for part three of the reunion, where all of the unpleasantries of the past season are rehashed, and old scabs are picked.
In an earlier episode where the cast and their families got together for a holiday party at Vicki’s, Lydia’s eccentric mother Judy Stirling faced the wrath of Briana’s husband Ryan Culberson after she had her feet up on their couch, as Ryan blew his stack at Judy and told her to “get the f**k out”of there.
“Ryan shouldn’t have yelled at my mother,” Lydia said. “End of story. He should apologize for his actions.”
Lydia said she was “upset with how Briana acted at the reunion,” avoiding direct discussion of the incident while placing the blame on the already-chastened Judy.
“She said she didn’t want to talk about ‘it,’ but then went on to insinuate that my mother was somehow responsible for ‘mud and red wine’ on the couch,” Lydia wrote. “Why wasn’t this mysterious glass of red wine ever mentioned before, and where is this magical mud patch my mom supposedly walked through before resting on the couch?”
Lydia said the thing that’s “upsetting to me is that there was no acknowledgement that he was out of line” from either husband or wife to her, or her mother.
“Even after watching the scene when it aired on TV … [they made excuses like,] ‘He was stressed out … he was drinking too much.’ The reason is irrelevant.”
The Dana Point, Calif. native, who’s radiated an optimism and kind nature not seen in many Bravo beauties, said, “there is absolutely no excuse for [Ryan's] behavior” at the affair. She said that she was proud of her mother — who was “VERY shaken” as result of the incident — for keeping her cool.
Lydia I was so upset at how you were treated by Briana and of course how brutally your mom was treated by Ryan. She responded to that bully like the sweet gentle soul that she is. I understood in a SMALL sense Briana standing up for her husband but to accuse your mom of swilling red wine around and tracking dirt was shocking. You handled it with class and the grace of a true child of God. Bless you & yours.
ReplyDeleteVicki and Briana won't talk about what happened with Ryan because the rest of America is doing it for them. Ryan has nine more years before he can retire from the Marines with full benefits and he does not want to do anything else to jeopardize that. Vickie and Briana know that not only has the Military Times printed the story (and received angry responses about his attitude from readers), but the Orange County Sheriff has also forwarded details of his past court appearances to the USMC. Ryan is quite the creepy stalker. Before he was divorced from his first wife, he was involved with a woman who charged him with abuse and took out a restraining order, which he violated by repeatedly showing up at places she was and threatening her friends and potential boyfriends. He is well-armed and talked Vicki into paying for the video cameras that record her and Briana's movement to be played back at any time from his barracks in Afghanistan.

DeleteRyan's downfall was not realizing that Bravo can use portions of audio even when he is not on camera. When he told Judy Stirling to get her feet off the couch, he didn't realize that he was being recorded and that it would be used. (Just like what he did to Brooks when he got him drunk as a skunk and secretly taped him...Karma.)

ReplyDeleteYou can tell that Brianna is picking up her husbands WHITE TRASH behavior by not apologizing to Lydia and her mother. But is she AFRAID OF him ??? So she has to always agree with him ? She could do better. Feel sorry for her for the life she will have with him.

DeleteI recall when they sat down to tell vikster they where married. He looked at vik like "i dare you to step out of line." Briana is over weight and spoiled. He is probably the best she can do. Further, the lame duck excuse "has away fighting for our country." That is getting old. It was s cop out. And just like vik defends brooks. Daughter defends Ryan. Both men are creeps and neitherwoman has self esteem. Whackos
