Bitter has just gone to a new level in the divorce between Skinnygirl mogul, Bethenny Frankel, and Jason Hoppy.RELATED: Bethenny Frankel Tour Includes Cleveland Stop in August
Bethenny is accused of calling Jason “trash,” in front of their 3- year- old daughter, Bryn, RadarOnline.com is exclusively reporting.
The epic argument occurred after a recent court date for the couple, which has been unable to reach a financial and custody agreement. Frankel was pushed to the brink and begged Jason to settle with her, a source tells Radar. When Jason refused, “Bethenny became enraged and called him trash in front of their daughter, Bryn,” the source says.
“The argument took place in their swanky Tribeca apartment. She also said Jason was lazy, and stupid because Jason doesn’t have a regular full-time job.”
The argument caused Jason’s lawyer to file documents in the ongoing custody dispute over Bryn.
Hoppy recently told Frankel, via their lawyers, that he didn’t want Bryn to appear on her upcoming talk show.
“He doesn’t want Bethenny to have Bryn in the audience, or do pre-taped segments for the show. He just doesn’t feel that their daughter should be on display on Bethenny’s talk show,” a source told Radar.
And one insider says Hoppy is careful about what he says around their daughter. “Jason has always been very, very careful to never say anything negative about Bethenny in front of Bryn, the source said, adding that Jason believes Bethenny does not play by the same rules.
As Radar was first to report, Hoppy alleged that Bethenny wasn’t allowing him to see Bryn as much as he wanted because the talk show host was spending time at a friend’s apartment with the little girl.
Even though the couple is divorcing, they are living together in their New York City apartment.
The former Real Housewives of New York City star admitted in an interview that she was sorry she ever married Jason but was grateful for Bryn.
“In my marriage, I made a mistake. It is what it is,” she said. “I made the wrong choice. But I do have my daughter, who is so beautiful and amazing in every way.”
Where's the appeal with Bethenny? I doubt her talk show will be a success. Neurotic and mean was fine on a reality show. But being around her manic, albeit professionally analyzed, energy would drive anyone bananas. Every divorced couple knows you do not talk about the other in a divorce. Except for Bethenny, I guess. It seems so clear that Bethenny picked Jason as a stud to give her a baby. She never really seemed in love with him. She's the type who needs money more than the honey. He's too good for her.

ReplyDeleteOh, it's all about her. She doesn't get her way and a tantrum ensues. I just will never understand why she is being so evil she wants full custody. Explain that one. Unless he is a drug addict, or abuses...wth? Of course he is going to fight back. I bet you 10 bucks if she wasn't so evil he would be amicable. The daughter is not a possession of hers, she is a little person who needs her father too. If I were the judge I would give full custody to Jason because he would never take/bash his daughter away from her...on the other hand if bethenny gets full custody Jason will just be a memory. I use to like this woman, but now I think she is just a self centered ego. Miss all about me.

ReplyDeleteWhat goes around comes around. God forbid some day we see little Bryn in therapy with the same "Mommy" issues.
It appears Ms. Skinny is incapable of loving ANYone (but herself), and I just hope she does not dispose of her daughter emotionally the first time Bryn does something wrong.
Stop! with the mean stuff! Were you or in her shoes now! Although Jason is a Good Guy! and I know he is! She's been threw a lot in her life! Yes! she's always ready to go off the edge but that is a result of her up bringing, still has a good head on her, and is a kind person and good mother, but look closely her eyes are sad!
