Teresa, who was signing copies of her new cookbook Skinny Italian, talked openly about her role on Real Housewives of New Jersey during a sit-down dinner with VIP guests.
When asked whether she was happy that Danielle Staub wasn't returning for the third season of the show, she admitted "I kinda miss her."
Giudice will be returning to season three with former castmates Caroline Manzo and Jacquelin Laurita. It promises to be an interesting season while viewers follow Teresa and her family through their new life now that they've filed bankruptcy.
