The tension between Carole Radziwill and Countess Luann de Lesseps on The Real Housewives of New York City is as think and gooey as a marshmallow. The two finally came face-to-face at Bethenny Frankel's birthday party after months of not seeing each other. You may recall the last time they did at the season seven reunion, well, they weren't exactly on friendly terms. In fact, they were screaming at each other.

"I don't know what you're looking at Lu," Carole says in the exclusive RHONY preview below.

"Well, we have to talk eventually. It's just good seeing you. We haven't seen each other in so long," Luann tells her.

For those just joining us, Carole started dating Adam Kenworthy after meeting him at Luann's house last season. And all of last season (and the months that followed) Luann spoke out about their relationship and what it did to her family. Adam had previously dated Luann's niece. Now Carole and Adam have been together for over a year.

It's a new season and Luann seems eager to bury the hatchet, but Carole has no interest in being friends with her.

"Listen, we said a lot of hurtful things to each other," Luann says.

"We did not say a lot of hurtful things to each other," Carole says.

"Yes we did," Luann maintains.

"You said a lot of hurtful things to me, about me, about my relationship, about Adam. I can go on and on," Carole says.
