Danille Staub Being Sued For Breach Of Contract

Anybody who chooses to do business with a dirty, no-talent, lying schemer like Danielle Staub deserves the consequences:
An infamous former "Real Housewife of New Jersey" is being sued for $375,000 after allegedly failing to promote a commercial she shot for a company whose president owns two of the city's top strip joints.

Danielle Staub, a former cast member of the "Real Housewives of New Jersey," signed a $25,000 contract last year to star in a video for Swan Media Group, according to papers filed yesterday in Manhattan federal court.

But the Botoxed brunette, the papers allege, never fulfilled her contractual obligation to promote the video -- which would have included a "live video chat session" -- and ditched the company in February.

Robert Gans, the president of the Hell's Kitchen-based marketing firm, also owns the mammary meccas Penthouse Executive Club and Scores.

Staub, 48, who was despised by her "Housewives" castmates, was booted off the show after the second season. She gained further infamy last year after appearing in a widely circulated sex tape.

Neither Gans nor Staub's managers responded to requests for comment.
