Porsha Stewart’s Lawyer Says Kenya Moore Was “Primary Aggressor” in Reunion Fight and Doesn't Have a Case

After weeks of anticipation, we finally got to see the explosive fight between Kenya Moore and Porsha Williams during part one of the Season 6 Reunion of the Real Housewives of Atlanta. Since the incident, Kenya has pressed charges against Porsha, who willingly turned herself in. But according to Yahoo! News, Porsha’s lawyer is confident that Kenya doesn't actually have a case.

Attorney Joe S. Habachy said, “Cast member Kenya Moore sought out the warrant and, although the claim is unfounded, Ms. Williams fully cooperated with investigators and looks forward to clearing her name.

He went on to add that there is plenty of evidence to show that Kenya was the "primary aggressor in the altercation.

“Furthermore, several cast mates and witnesses report that it was clear that Kenya Moore was undoubtedly the primary aggressor in the incident. Thus, Ms. Williams, who has never been arrested before, intends to contest the pending misdemeanor and to pursue felony charges against Kenya for aggravated assault," he stated.

Just last week, NeNe Leakes appeared on a special one-on-one episode of Watch What Happens Live, where she told Andy that she felt that Kenya provoked Porsha. Other cast members have shared her opinions. Plus, watching the mayhem go down live, it was pretty clear whose side the women were on, as they all flocked to Porsha immediately after the incident took place.

Still, Andy himself thought that the attack came out of nowhere.
