NJ.com:
Bravo is remaining mum about the upcoming season of "Real Housewives of New Jersey," but Melissa Gorga was more forthcoming during her appearance at the Tampa Home and Garden Show (first reported on allthingsrh.com). Here's what we learned:RELATED: Melissa Gorga Shows Off Incredible Bikini Body, Plays Football With Husband Joe Gorga: Pictures
• "Real Housewives of New Jersey" will return to Bravo in June or July, Gorga reports, a bit later than in previous years, and she also confirms that we won't see Jacqueline Laurita, but Kathy Wakile and Rosie Pierri are back in reduced roles — and Pierri is still dating that tall brunette we saw her uncomfortably flirt with last season. (Remember her pick-up line? "I got a lot of things going on upstairs — I'm like, 'Aaaahhhh!") And we "won't see as much" of instigator Kim DePaola in the sixth season.
• Gorga says that she and sister-in-law Teresa Giudice are "in a really great spot, thank you Jesus," and that her sister-in-law, who will be sentenced in July for her role in a wide-ranging financial fraud, is "doing good."
• Gorga doesn't name her new co-stars — reportedly sisters Teresa and Nicole Napolitano and Amber Marchese, who live in the Colts Neck area — but says they "definitely come and bring the fire." Their connection to the current housewives? "I do know one of the girls from a long time ago," Gorga says. "She comes and brings some friends with her. I think that it was time for a little bit of a switch-up." In other words, an extremely tenuous connection.
If Giudice is taking a backseat to all the drama due to her real-life legal saga in the upcoming season, RadarOnline.com reports that Marchese and Teresa Napolitano have been fast to fill the void. And Bravo reportedly scared up Victoria Gotti, the daughter of former Gambino crime family boss John Gotti and the star of "Growing Up Gotti," to cause more trouble. Gotti, who appeared as a Giudice confidante last season (they were contestants on "Celebrity Apprentice" together), reportedly helps spread some rumors about Napolitano's husband, which leads to the inevitable catfight.
Meanwhile, Marchese tangles with Gorga about Gorga's failure to call her when she had cancer. (Hey, didn't Teresa basically accuse Gorga of the same thing when Teresa's dad Giacinto took sick? Retread!)
