The plaintiff, a fitness and swimsuit model, alleges that Terry screwed up as he tried to repair her belly button, which was damaged by a umbilical hernia. Reportedly, his actions resulted in a second hernia.
According to the woman, the doc then neglected to inform her of the mistake. He did offer to comp her a second surgery, she says, but still charged her insurance company $60,000 for the first surgery.
The woman is now suing Terry for medical negligence, fraud and deceit (intentional concealment), and fraud and deceit (negligent misrepresentation).
She wants him to refund her money so that she can afford another surgery — since her insurance sure isn't ponying up the cash!
Bizarrely, as Reality Tea points out, RHoOC star Tamra Barney also had an umbilical hernia and wants Terry to restore her navel, too!
