Sources connected with the case tell TMZ ... both Bethenny and Jason have filed legal docs saying they have agreed to get a divorce based on the "irretrievable breakdown" of the marriage.
But there are a number of unresolved issues ... although they signed a prenup in 2010, we've learned the division of property is still being negotiated. Ditto on child custody, child support and spousal support.
The judge set a deadline for Bethenny and Jason to agree on a parenting plan -- May 24th.
One other thing ... They're still haggling over a computer that Jason wants Bethenny to return.
Don't they know they can buy one at Best Buy for less than $500?
I used to love Bethany now I can't stand her. I think you are getting full of yourself. I will never watch your show or any show you are on. You have made millions now please just go away.
ReplyDeleteI feel the same way. I realize that both have probably said and done things to contribute to the demise of their marriage, but Bethenny IS damaged. She is bat shat crazy! I remember seeing a tweet from her around the Holidays in either 2011 or 2012. In her tweet she basically said she was hiding out in the bedroom reading a book while Jason, Bryn and his family were downstairs. I knew then that things were not good. Her divorce announcement didn't surprise me in the least. She always appeared to be annoyed and uncomfortable around them and of course anytime she wasn't getting all the attention.
