The kids are responding to a lawsuit filed by Kim's mom Karen Zolciak -- who wanted the court to FORCE Kim to let her spend time with her granddaughters.
In her docs, Karen had claimed Kim cut her off from the kids back in 2011 ... simply because she used an off-limits indoor bathroom instead of a porta-potty at Kim's televised wedding to NFL player Kroy Biermann.
Now, Kim's kids -- Ariana and Brielle Zolciak (ages 11 & 15) -- have submitted sworn affidavits to the court ... in which they beg the judge to shut Grandma down, explaining, "We both love our grandparents, but due to their actions at the wedding of [Kim and Kroy] ... we have grown apart."
The girls say they have no real desire to see their grandparents ... and insist they have too much going on in their lives to be forced to hang with Granny for overnight visitations.
In the docs, the girls also fire back at Grandma's claims that Kim pushes them into the spotlight -- saying, "We do not live a crazy or abnormal life. We are not forced to appear on television with our mother."
The girls -- and Kim -- are asking the judge to throw out Karen's case. Kim also wants her mom to pay for her legal costs.
This is so weird.

ReplyDeleteReally! The mom, who is a 'mature late, middle-aged" woman wanted to wear white to her daughters wedding! Right there that said volumes about her. Kim's Dad is awesome-it's a shame! On RH if Atlanta I couldn't stand Kim, but the way she us with Kroy and her baby-I love her, she's adorable! (Still over the top but in a good way!)
DeleteI would never do what Kim's Mother did at Kims! Wedding. And wanting to wear white at her daughters wedding? Her mom is starving for attention. Kim is trying to set herself up as a classy women. Married to a great guy. Having 2 great girls and a new baby. I think Kroy has been great for Kim. He is so laid back. Love his family values and his family. Kim and her girls need to separate themselves from Kims mom so that they can continue to be classy. The only thing I warn Kim of is her over the top spending. Relationships can go south when money starts running the relationship. Kroy is having the best season yet in football. Congrats. Kim its time for one last child for Kroy. Maybe a little sweet adorable girl. Maybe Kim can pay for her Mother to seek therapy. Really thinks she needs it.
ReplyDeleteAll the drama kims mum is causing is an attempt to make her relevant. Kims mum probably thought she would've gotten more tv time on Kims show and is sour she's not the star her daughter is. Can I say fame whore??
