Real Housewives of New Jersey star Teresa Giudice's husband pleaded not guilty and rejected a plea deal on his fraud and impersonation charges.

Joe Giudice — who is facing up to 10 years in prison — appeared in a Paterson, New Jersey, courthouse on Monday with his attorney Miles Feinstein and dismissed a plea deal that would have capped his sentence to five years.

As RadarOnline.com previously reported, Joe was indicted on December 20, 2011 by a grand jury in the Garden State and charged with fraudulently obtaining a driver’s license in his brother's name.

Joe, 40, was charged by a Passaic County grand jury with one count of impersonation and one count of wrongfully using identifying information of another, authorities said.

When his license was suspended, according to officials, Joe used his brother Pietro’s marriage and birth certificates to obtain a driver’s license with his picture -- and his brother’s info -- at the New Jersey Motor Vehicle Commission.

Teresa and the rest of the gang will be premiering the fourth season of their hit Bravo show this spring.

I'm with Sheree: who'd want to invite an ex-convict, ghetto hoodrat like Marlo anywhere? Plus she barely knows the b-tch. And while this way-too-long, extremely petty argument was really hard to watch, what seems to be lost on everyone involved is how Cynthia instigated the whole thing by running back like a little schoolgirl to Marlo and Nene to tell them that they weren't invited to the dinner party. Either way major props go to Nene for staying calm and trying to play peacemaker here, it can't be easy to get in-between two hoodrats about to throw down, esp. when they're grown-ass women.

Cindy Barshop Announces Fox Fur Merkins Will Switch To Faux Fur

Mark it down, folks: PETA just added another "win" to its record.

The animal rights group has successfully convinced Cindy Barshop, former "Real Housewives of New York" star and owner of luxe spa chain Completely Bare, to swap the real fur on her fluffy fox merkins to faux.

Barshop got the attention of media (and plenty of incredulous women) when she introduced two furry bikini line enhancements: the "Foxy Bikini" ($225), in which actual fox fur is applied to the nether region, and "The Carnivale Bikini "($195), which adheres neon-colored feathers to one's bikini line.

While most people (including us) were more perplexed as to why a woman would want a tuft of colorful fluff down there, PETA took issue with the use of fox fur. In a statement to The Huffington Post, PETA president Ingrid Newkirk said about Barshop's new offering:

"It's outright sleazy, and it's downright cruel to kill an animal to decorate your privates. She seems to be making the point that fur is for c*nts."

Clever. While initially Barshop defended her fur accessories, saying "I don't believe in cruelty to animals and I don't eat red meat, but that doesn't mean I hate those that do," she has since changed her tune. Now Barshop has reportedly swapped out the real fox fur for the faux stuff, telling Ecorazzi, "I have every intention to fix this by re-introducing the Foxy Bikini with Faux Fur."

PETA, obviously, is quite pleased. In a statement, the group announced:

"PETA is delighted that Cindy Barshop has decided to switch to faux fur for her line of merkins. Kind women know that it's always best to 'fake it'-- when it comes to fur, that is -- whether you wear it above the belt or below."

And they all skipped off into the sunset. Don't you just love a happy ending?

Kim Zolciak Blasts Peter Thomas On Twitter! Kandi Burruss Discusses Kandi Factory Spin-Off

Oh good gracious! Those ladies of Atlanta are at it yet again. This time Real Housewives of Atlanta’s Mama Kim Zolciak is telling cast mate Cynthia Bailey’s husband what’s what.

Now I am rarely Team Kim, except when singing “The Ring Didn’t Mean a Thing” in my car and wishing I had a few luscious wigs to sport, but I think that in this case, she has a reason to be angry. And not just regular mad…twitter mad. We all know it’s the tweets that bring the heat.

Kim took to twitter, the rich man’s crap talking mecca, to remind Cynthia’s husband Peter Thomas that she has more important things to do than traipse off to South Africa…and those things have nothing to do with racism. Peter went as far as to insinuate that Kim’s absence on the ladies’ RHOA trip had more to do with the fact she had issues with other races and less to do with the fact she had two daughters and a newborn son at home. With her new husband Kroy Biermann away at training camp, shouldn’t Kim have figured out a way to go on the trip so as not to offend Peter, a househusband notorious for stirring up drama? Maybe Sweetie could have baby-sat. Is the man serious?

Apparently Peter believed that the fact the women’s destination was South Africa was a major hang up for Kim. He alluded that had the trip been to some European destination, Kim would have bent over backwards to find child care. Oh no he di-int!

Not one to take these accusations lying down (although she probably was, because Kim rivals me in the ‘lounging’ department #imnotlazyimtired) Kim blasted her co-star’s husband on the twitterverse saying, “Peter is so ignorant!! Kj was 7 weeks old, I was breastfeeding and Kroy was gone at football camp! Sooo Peter can kiss my ass!!!”

No word yet on whether Peter is sticking to his guns or if he’ll back pedal with the best of them. The man is infamous (on this Bravo franchise, at least) for speaking first and thinking second–if at all, so who knows if Kim will get an apology or another round of haterade from the outspoken restauranteur.

Not that Kim has time to worry about such trivial things, especially with her spin-off debut Don’t Be Tardy for the Wedding right around the corner. Do you have spring fever, or are you just itching to the wig-a-licious wedding spectacular? I have both, but I’m leaning more towards the latter.

Taking to that trusty twitter account yet again, Kim tweeted a curious fan that “Don’t be Tardy for the Wedding airs on Bravo in April!!!” While Bravo is remaining mum on when the world will get to see the Zolciak-Biermann nuptials, if anyone has an inside track to when the train wreck fabulousness that occurred on 11.11.11 will be premiering, it’s everyone’s favorite auto-tuned bride.

Perhaps the Bravo machine wants to declare the news for all to hear via Andy Cohen on Watch What Happens Live. Mr. and Mrs. Big Poppa Biermann will be joining Andy in the clubhouse in January 29. Jokes aside, I do think Kim has reigned it in this season, and I for one am excited to see her so happy.

Meanwhile another Atlanta housewife is ready to make a bigger name for herself. In an interview with Sister2Sister, Kandi Burruss discusses her own spin-off Kandi Factory, and why the show’s format is near and dear to the musician’s heart.

Kandi is excited to show the world what she really does for a living on her new show Kandi Factory which airs (where else?) on Bravo March 4. The series will follow the Grammy winning adult toy purveyor as she works to make two unknown singers into the next great talent. As someone who has worked with the likes of Usher, TLC, and Alicia Keys, Kandi certainly knows what she’s doing.

She tells the site, “Bravo is giving me the opportunity to do what I do, on television. I’m very excited about that.” She continues, “Musically, that’s near and dear to my heart. That’s what I do. I love being creative.”

Not only does Kandi have a slew of number one hits under her belt, but she also did what many would have deemed impossible if they hadn’t witnessed it themselves. She wrote and produced two songs for cast mate Kim Zolciak and made her into an iTunes sensation. If you’ve heard Kim sing, you know that is no small feat! Given her knowledge of the industry, as well as her ability to work magic on the vocally challenged, it’s no wonder she’s secured her own spin-off.

Kandi reveals, “Ever since I did the situation with Kim, people come up to me on the street every day. Now, I actually have an opportunity to do it for normal people for real. We’re going to pick two for the episode and one may be a diamond in the rough and one may not be able to sing hardly at all. We’re going to show you what we do. We have our whole team. It’s not just me.”

“I will put together the team to transform this person into someone hot. Can I do it?” asks Kandi. “I made the statement on one of the episodes that I can make anybody hot, and in my mind, I really do believe that. But whether it’s true or not is going to be left for you to decide.”

And decide I’m sure we will. I know I’ll be tuning in on March 4 for the new series!

I will also be tuning in tonight at 9ET as the ladies head to South Africa. On the 12th episode this season titled “South Africa: Just Like Home,” the ladies arrive in Cape Town, where a relaxing yacht ride turns ugly when Marlo confronts Sheree about not inviting her to a party. In Atlanta, Kim finds it difficult to adjust to Kroy’s absence and taking care of her brood on her own.

Adrienne Maloof Reflects on Struggles and Paul's Colonoscopy

The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills' season finale ended with a lavish wedding and a colonoscopy, but it was fairly less dramatic than what the women had gone through since the show's season premiere back in the fall. Adrienne Maloof, one of the housewives who stayed out of the drama for the most part, is opening up about the very dramatic season on her official Bravo blog. And despite the drama is about abuse, divorces and alcoholism, she is happy it has all been put on the table.

"There is a quote by Frederick Douglass that I love. He once said, 'If there is no struggle, there is no progress,' and I think that sums up this season. We faced our struggles, but everyone now has new things to look forward to, and for that I am grateful," Adrienne writes. Several housewives on the show has gone through some struggles, but leave it to Adrienne to put a fun spin on the show's season finale of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills.

Her husband Paul had a colonoscopy on the episode, which surely created much discussion. "Leave it to Paul to make something serious absolutely dramatic and hysterical. Being a doctor, you'd think he'd be practical and clinical about getting the test done, but no — there he was, asking for someone to hold his hand (amongst other things he wanted me to do that we don't need to discuss again). I was happy to be there in the beginning of the appointment because I wanted to support his choice to get the test. I knew my husband was full of hot air, I just didn't know how much!" Adrienne shares on her blog.

Despite it being a humorous event for viewers, the colonoscopy does fall in with the theme of the show's messages this season. It is all about taking life as it comes. The colonoscopy is all about doing things for yourself to be healthy, just as Taylor leaving her husband behind for herself and helping her mental health. Falling under the same category are Camille moving on with her Greek boyfriend and Kim's admission to rehab.

In other words, it is all about doing something for yourself, despite the struggle it has been.

Kandi Burruss Doesn’t Support Taylor Armstrong’s Decision to Release Her Memoir

Unfortunately, Kandi Burruss has had her share of hardships in the past few years, and perhaps no other Bravo housewife understands the pain that Taylor Armstrong (from the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills) felt when her estranged husband Russell committed suicide last summer, quite like Kandi.

Longtime Real Housewives of Atlanta viewers may remember that Kandi’s finace, A.J. Jewell, was killed outside of an Atlanta strip club in 2009 — a topic Kandi tearfully addressed on the show’s season 2 reunion.

While Kandi sympathizes with Taylor and her heartbreaking situation, she tells CNN’s Showbiz Tonight that she isn’t on board with Taylor’s choice to release a memoir detailing her struggles.

Kandi says, “I’m sure that there were problems there, and I sympathize with her, but, I mean, you know, there are two sides to every coin and I just don’t feel the need to speak on someone who is not here anymore. That is just me.”

Kandi also spoke about Taylor’s co-star, Kim Richards, and says she wasn't surprised by Kim’s substance abuse.

She continues, “I didn’t know it was a secret … but, you know, sometimes people have issues within themselves but they don’t want to admit it out loud — but everyone else can see it.”

Alex McCord and Simon van Kempen Talk Reality

One of reality television's favorite couples will serve as Style Ambassadors for StyleWeek Providence Friday night. Alex McCord and Simon van Kempen are returning to Providence for the second year in a row.

"We love fashion almost as much as we love each other. One of our dear friends, Rosanna Sinel, is the director of StyleWeek Providence. We met her at Fashion Week in New York a couple years ago. And she got us involved, and now we're in," said Alex McCord.

"One of the things we love to do is support emerging designers," said Simon van Kempen. "It's great to go to New York Fashion Week where you have the really big names. But, before they are big names they are small names showing at smaller shows, and that's when they need the support."

Both Alex and Simon are known for their personal style. From the daring, to the artistic. They describe their fashion choices as "eclectic."

"It depends on the day. I sometimes choose outfits that are a little bit pushing the envelope, and sometimes it's too much for some people. If I enjoy it, that's all that matters," said Simon.

Although, the fashionable duo may best be recognized for starring in numerous seasons of The Real Housewives of New York.

"I think it was fun. Sometimes we wanted to throw things at the TV. One of the things that we are very lucky about is we have each other. And when we were in the hot seat, we've been so together," explained Alex.

Alex and Simon will not be returning to the show next season, but say this may not be the last you see of them on television.

"At the moment we are concentrating on our home line, Aluxe Home, which is 100 percent Egyptian cotton sheets and towels. So we're very busy with that. And you will probably see us again on TV too," said Alex.

Gretchen Rossi Calls Vicki Gunvalson A “Hypocrite” Plus Cast Dishes Dirt On New Season

After six seasons (and one on the way) of seeing their enhanced, tanned, Botoxed faces you would think we know all there is to know about the Real Housewives of Orange County. Apparently not! I guess they have gotten a newbie or two…

E! News recently did a little sit down with the first ladies of Bravo to dish about the show as the gals gear up for the new season, and they are giving us some new dirt on what’s to come.

First up, the ladies talk new arrival Heather Dubrow, and they weren’t readily accepting of her entry into the club! “When I first met her I actually thought she was a little pretentious. I actually used the exact words that ‘I think she had a stick up her ass,’” Gretchen Rossi confesses.

“I was a little bit worried that she wasn’t going to fit in with the group, because she was so nice, so classy and yet so elegant. And with the girls on the show, we don’t always roll like that,” Tamra Barney laughs. Can I just say that is the most obvious statement that has ever come out of Bathtub Porn Tamra’s mouth!

Heather admits things got off to a rocky start with some of the ladies, “I would say out of everyone Alexis [Bellino] and I have had some friction, [but] I was pleasantly surprised how well we all got along.”

Gretchen also warns us that some serious tension arrives between her and matriarch Vicki Gunvalson over their mens’ respective child support issues. If you recall, it came out last year that Vicki’s new beau, Brooks Ayers, also had his own child support issues. In fact he was once arrested for failure to pay over $40,000 in child support.

“Vicki had a lot to say about Slade [Smiley] and about his child support issues…I just feel like she was being a hypocrite—[her new boyfriend] had a similar situation as Slade yet she was still very judgmental towards Slade.” Yes, this show has TWO men with child support drama.

And speaking of Vicki’s man dramas, this season will tackle Vicki and Donn Gunvalson‘s impending divorce. “I don’t know if the show had anything to do with the collapse of [Vicki's] marriage,” Tamra reveals, “I know that it puts strain on your relationship, no doubt.”

“If the relationship is struggling, I think that the cameras might hone in on issues that you already have. The cameras don’t lie,” Gretchen added.

Oh, in case you hadn’t noticed, Tamra and Gretchen are doing this interview together. And there have been no reported screaming matches. The two have officially patched things up and now consider each other friends. Finally – after three seasons of petulance. “I knew that the only way to move forward was just to forgive and ask for forgiveness. It has become a very true and authentic friendship,” Gretchen shares.

“It was time to build a bridge and get over it. In the process of doing that we realized we really like each other,” Tamra readily admits. Good for you girls, bring the fun back!

The ladies also talked their best beauty tips, and sum it up thusly as, GTD. Gym, Tan, Doctor. Speaking of doctor, Tamra discussed her recent downsizing. The mama of four, who will be shown getting the procedure done during the season, finally wanted a classier look. Hopefully her behavior will follow suit!

“It’s been one of the best things I have ever done in my life,” Tamra gushes. “I feel a lot more confident without my implants. [With my implants] I felt like [my chest] was the first thing everybody looked at.” Tamra, who is 5’4, was previously sporting 34 DD’s.

Kim Richards Admits, 'I'm an Alcoholic' on Real Housewives Reunion

There will be triple the drama when Bravo's Real Housewives of Beverly Hills reunion special kicks off on Jan. 30 (9 p.m.) – the first in a three-part series that reunites the ladies for heated discussion with Andy Cohen.

And – surprise – Kim Richards will be joining the fray after all.

Though she didn't participate in the initial filming because she was seeking treatment for alcohol abuse, Richards sat down for a separate chat with Cohen, her first since leaving rehab, which will air as the third installment on Feb. 13 (9 p.m. ET). In the chat, she tells Cohen why she checked into rehab. "I'm an alcoholic," she says. "I'm an alcoholic."

What else can you expect? PEOPLE has an exclusive look at the show (see above clip). But let's break it down further:

In part one, expect the ladies – Taylor Armstrong, Camille Grammer, Adrienne Maloof, Kyle Richards and Lisa Vanderpump – to delve into the confrontation between Camille and Taylor at Lisa's tea party, among other hot-button issues and feuds. And clearly there's still bad blood among many of the women.

Kyle tangles with Lisa; Camille and Taylor rehash their issues ("She completely threw me under the bus," Camille says, referring to Armstrong); and Lisa and Adrienne spar after Lisa is accused of selling stories to tabloids.

On the second part (airing Feb. 6, 9 p.m. ET), newbie Brandi Glanville joins the women to defend her controversial comments all season – only she seems to cause even more trouble.

"I was being bullied in a room and I had no friends," she says, reflecting on a brutal game night in which she got into an argument with Kim and Kyle Richards. But it's Taylor Armstrong who seems to have the most issues with her behavior, calling out Glanville for threatening the other ladies.

Richards's dramatic sit-down will air last, and she will be joined by Dana Wilkey, another "friend" of the Housewives, to discuss the now-infamous game night in more detail. That will be followed by a "lost footage" special, airing Feb. 16, which promises to feature more footage from the fight between Brandi and Kyle at the tense Malibu beach party.

Why Is A Hoodrat Like Marlo Hampton On Real Housewives Of Atlanta?!?

Marlo Hampton has been quite a controversial addition to Season 4 of Real Housewives of Atlanta, and just as the h’wives are coming to terms with Marlo’s criminal past, the “socialite” drops another bomb.

In a preview clip for next week’s episode in South Africa, Marlo gets agitated when she realizes that Sheree Whitfield invited Cynthia Bailey, Kandi Burruss, and Phaedra Parks to a party, but conveniently chose not to extend the invitation to Marlo and NeNe Leakes.

In a fit of anger (and after drinking some wine) Marlo verbally attacks Sheree. According to Marlo, since Sheree doesn’t have a man, she should “go and hang with them f****ts with your ugly ass.”

We understand that Marlo was angry, but there’s really no excuse for that kind of language, especially when she’s attacking Sheree’s friends.

In a lighter moment, Marlo claims “My Aston [Martin] was paid for in cash” and quick-thinking Sheree fires back with, “Yeah, by an 80 year old man!”

Oh ladies, wasn’t this trip supposed to bring you closer together?!

Maybe it's just me but considering her heavy criminal past and let's just say not-cute-at-all looks, I can't help but wonder about what exactly went into the ridiculous decision to add Marlo Hampton to the cast of RHOA? Granted, as I've said before here, Kim and Nene are no slouches themselves when it comes to hoodratness (and Sheree's not too far off the boat either), but when it comes to bottom-of-the-litter, ghetto theatrics that make you cringe (much less be ashamed to be a black person) Marlo takes the cake.

The woman just doesn't seem to have an ounce of class in her and the way she was ready to physically take it to Sheree after she didn't get an invite to that dinner in Africa was waaaay over-the-top (sure, maybe some of that was for TV, but still). Then too, as one of Bravo's top-rated shows it's not like RHOA needed to add Marlo to its cast, which makes me wonder even more with a past like that why is she there? With a temper like that the woman is not only a dangerous physical presence, but on TV she's God-awful to look at--please let this be her last season and even more Bravo needs to get rid of the genius who thought it was a good idea to bring Marlo onto RHOA in the first place.

Lisa Vanderpump, Brandi Glanville Wary Of Returning To 'Housewives'

After Camille Grammer revealed exclusively to HuffPost Celebrity that Bravo was looking for new castmembers to replace the original Beverly Hills "Housewives," I sat down with Brandi Glanville and Lisa Vanderpump, who are not sure they even want to return to the show.

"I'm coming back if they give me $1 million," Brandi said, laughing. "I've had a great time... A little bit of a rough start. By the end, I've made some great friends."

Similarly, Brandi's co-star Lisa Vanderpump, who has already filmed the pilot for a Bravo spinoff following the launch of her new L.A. restaurant Sur, is unsure about her future when it comes to "Housewives."

"I've had an amazing experience," Lisa told me. "I love working with Andy [Cohen] and our producers are really great. We've had a really good time, but it's been a hell of a year for me."

The drama-filled second season finale aired Monday night, with everybody turning on Lisa, making it understandable that she has reservations about returning.

New OC Real Housewives Star Sarah Winchester Goes To Court Against Alleged Harasser

Bravo's Real Housewives of Orange County's newest cast member Sarah Winchester -- who claims to be an heiress to the Winchester Rifle company -- has taken out a temporary restraining order against a relative's friend, RadarOnline.com is exclusively reporting.

The dark haired beauty -- who is friends with Gretchen Rossi and Alexis Bellino -- got a TRO against Matthew McGownd after she alleged that he was leaving harassing voicemail messages and threatening to physically harm her.

According to the court docs, McGownd left her a message stating: "I (Winchester) f**ked with the wrong person, and I will regret it. He will do physical harm to me or anyone else involved..on the date of 9-27-10 after many text messages, phone calls and voicemails, I did advise Matt that he was affecting my job and to leave me alone. He still persisted and my boss told me to go home or to the police to get help." The case was dismissed after neither party was at a hearing.

According to Winchester's Bravo bio, she will be embroiled in a "verbal warfare" with Vicki Gunvalson and Heather Dubrow. Sarah won't have a recurring role on the show as she will only be in several episodes.

Season 7 of the Real Housewives of Orange County will premiere on Bravo on Tuesday, February 7 at 9 p.m.

Teresa Giudice Talks About Her Strained Family

Teresa Giudice may have gained fame from the Real Housewives of New Jersey, but the feisty housewife’s relationships with friends and family members have suffered greatly as a result.

All About the Real Housewives interviewed Teresa exclusively, and when they asked her about her relationship with cousin Kathy Wakile, Teresa revealed, “I mean, I haven’t seen Kathy since the reunion. I of course miss and love them. They are my family and we have spoken since. I just haven’t seen her.”

As for her brother Joe Gorga and sister-in-law Melissa, Teresa had similar things to say about their relationship.

“We haven’t really spoke. I love them both and that’s my only brother. We’ve always been close and I’m hoping for better days for the sake of our children and my parents.”

While Melissa has said that RHoNJ brought her and Teresa closer, Teresa disagrees. “We’ve never gone without speaking before she was on the show. I invited her to all my parties and would tell her about the housewives and what went on in the earlier seasons. She knew many things and we were close.”

Teresa also reveals that the show has morphed into something that is drastically different from what she initially signed on for.

“I came on the show for fun. I was with friends and strangers and I was a stay at home mom and thought it would be a fun experience. I didn’t sign up on the show to be with my family. That just happened and I’m just kind of dealing with it,” she says.

“The way people view my family on TV was never how we were. We were very private and close. And now that we are all on the show, were not at the place we used to be and it’s hard”

Something tells is there will be big cast changes in store for the next season of RHoNJ!

Bethenny Frankel Admits To Marital Problems With Husband Jason Hoppy: 'Intimacy is Challenging'

Nothing is off-limits on Bethenny Frankel’s reality TV show “Bethenny Ever After,” and that includes anything and everything that happens behind closed doors.

“Intimacy is challenging,” the reality star said in the latest issue of Life & Style about living out her life on-camera . “Jason’s penis has cobwebs on it.”

Frankel, 41, explained that her busy work schedule — promoting her show, working on her Skinnygirl drink and product line, and authoring four books — often interferes in her home life with husband Jason Hoppy and their 20-month-old daughter, Bryn.

“Jason and I are just settling into what married life really is, without the excitement of a wedding and the baby,” she said. “We come from totally different backgrounds, and we’re going through it.

“I’m in therapy. I’ve always been good at business, but I’ve always struggled with relationships.”

Frankel and Hoppy, who works in pharmaceutical sales, said “I do” on-camera during an episode of Bravo’s "Bethenny Getting Married?" in March 2010. Frankel gave birth to Bryn a short time afterward.

But in a teaser clip to the upcoming season of her show, Frankel admits she might have bitten off more than she could chew when she “unintentionally crammed everything in” to the span of a few months.

“I’m having a rough time,” she says in the clip, burying her face in her hands.

NeNe Leakes Can’t Wait to Say Goodbye to the Real Housewives of Atlanta

It seems like as every season of the Real Housewives of Atlanta winds down, NeNe Leakes says she won’t be appearing on the show again.

Yet NeNe has had few interactions with anyone but Cynthia Bailey this season, and on Sunday night she tweeted a remark that could mean she’s done with the Real Housewives of Atlanta once and for all.

While watching Sunday night’s episode, NeNe tweeted, “Hunni they luv 2 hate! They don't talk 2 me & I don't talk 2 them & I luv it! Marlo & Cynthia r my girls.”

On its own, that tweet isn’t anything out of the ordinary, but NeNe immediately followed up with another tweet that read, “I can't wait 2 say good-bye! I don't like these chicks @ all.”

Does this mean that NeNe is officially done with the Real Housewives of Atlanta, or is she just bluffing?

Jacqueline Laurita Provides Proof That She Was Never A Call Girl, Responds to Quitting Rumors

"Real Housewives of New Jersey" star Jacqueline Laurita is so sick of the rumors that she worked as a Las Vegas stripper in the early-'90s that she's now fighting back. The Jersey girl is shedding light on proof that she worked hard to pay her bills in Sin City in a daycare -- not on a pole.

"I swear on the life of myself, my husband and my children that I was never a call girl or ever got paid for any sexual favor of any kind, either," Jacqueline told me.

Now, evidence has surfaced that she made her living in a legitimate way as a daycare worker. HuffPost Celeb has the exclusive photo of her 1993 child care professional license. If the "Housewives" star was a stripper, why would she also have a day job?

"Do you honestly think that I am the kind of girl that lies?" Jacqueline asked. "Honestly? Lying is my biggest pet peeve. I am the biggest open book there is. Almost to a fault."

With another season of "Housewives" already filmed and ready to go, Jacqueline insists that the truth about her co-stars will eventually come out -- a fact that should worry the others, not her.

Twitter Feud! Brandi Glanville and Dana Wilkey Fight on Twitter

Real Housewives of Beverly Hills stars Brandi Glanville and Dana Wilkey have generated their fair share of controversy throughout Season 2, but they never seemed combative with each other — until now. On Sat., Jan. 21, the two ladies got into a tiff on Twitter over Dana's retweeting of a message from a fan that seemed to be taking Brandi to task for her goofy behavior on the Housewives' flight to Hawaii after taking anti-anxiety medication for her travel nerves.

The tweet in question, which Dana retweeted, referenced Brandi's comments earlier this season about Kim Richards' alleged intoxication and suggested that Brandi's ex, Eddie Cibrian, has cause for concern: "Brandi has some nerve dis Kim, while she mixes xanax.alcohol. Claims only to fly. Hope Ed knows this, if flies w/kids.” Yikes!

For her part, Brandi was none too pleased about the retweet, tweeting to Dana: "its so sad to see how desperately u want back on the show. U will throw anyone under the buss.#ursoobviousitssad," followed by "I’m blocking you, cuz ur so sweet via texts and horrid on twitter. Wen u figure out who u really are hit me up!" Brandi then noted that her "custody and family are just off limits" — and since Brandi has a track record for being (understandably) sensitive about attacks on her family, it's no surprise that she was upset.

Dana eventually tweeted to her followers: "Brandi blocked me so let her know I’m sorry I didnt mean anything by the RT…and good luck with everything. I’m jumping off. #rhobh,” after which Brandi accepted her apology.

Kudos to the ladies for resolving their conflict civilly — and we're guessing Dana will think twice before retweeting critical messages from her followers about the other Housewives.

What's Next For Kyle Richards?

“Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” star Kyle Richards said the reality TV show’s second season - currently airing on Bravo - might be her last.

While promoting her new book, “Life Is Not a Reality Show: Keeping It Real with the Housewife Who Does It All” on Thursday, Richards told CNN, “They have not announced a third season yet so we haven’t had to make that decision yet.”

But the housewife doesn’t intend to leave her TV career behind completely. “I’m going to be doing a pilot. A half hour sitcom based on my life as a mom on a reality show married to a Mexican Jew,” she said.

When asked who would play her and her husband, she said, “I might be playing myself, to be honest. That is what the intention is, but it depends on what I am doing with the ‘Housewives’ and other things in my life.”

And in that case, she has a plan B: “If I decide not to do that, then I will probably have Kelly Ripa and her husband and she can wear a long dark wig. Because she is married to a good looking Latin guy.”

Cynthia Bailey Kicks Off Model Search Today In Birmingham, Alabana

Paris Williams waited nearly eight hours today before learning he had been selected as one of four finalists in Cynthia Bailey's model search at the Birmingham Jefferson Convention Complex.

"I was impatient at first, but once it came down to it, I knew it was definitely worth it. It was worth the wait,'' said Williams, a student at Jefferson State Community College.

"I'm very excited. It's a once in a lifetime thing.''

Williams, 22, of Town Creek, was one of more than 250 people in attendance at today's model call. A fifth finalist will be selected on Sunday as part of a "Wild Card'' selection during seminars designed to teach people what it takes to make it in runway and print modeling and commercials.

Sunday's workshops will start at 10 a.m. in the South Meeting Halls of the BJCC. The cost will be $175.

Alabama native and model Cynthia Bailey created the model search as a way to give people from smaller towns, a shot at the big time. Bailey, 44, was born in Decatur and grew up in the Shoals before heading to New York to launch a modeling career nearly 25 years ago. She’s traveled the globe and currently appears on Bravo’s “Real Housewives of Atlanta.” The reality show Sundays at 8 p.m.

Bailey kicked off her model search in Birmingham as a nod to her home state. She will also search for models in New Orleans, Jackson, Miss., Nashville, Charlotte and Atlanta.

Five finalists will be selected from each city. One winner will selected during final judging in Atlanta in May. The winner will receive $10,000, a one-year modeling contract, an editorial spread in Vibe Vixen magazine and a photo shoot with a celebrity fashion photographer.

People of all heights and sizes turned out for today's call.

"We are just looking for someone who stands out from the crowd. It's hard to say what that is. It's just that when you see it, you know it,'' Bailey said.

Adrienne Maloof Discusses Her Response to Taylor Armstrong at the SUR Party

We’re used to Adrienne Maloof being the voice of reason on The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, and in her new Bravo blog, the pint-sized millionairess proved to us once again how rational she really is.

First, Adrienne opened up about her feelings about Taylor Armstrong’s confession of abuse, and her own response to her co-star that night.

She writes, “I thought Taylor needed to be accountable for the position she put her friends in. You want to support your girlfriends, but it's difficult when you're being threatened with litigation as a result. However she did admit that and I admire her being candid and forthright about her role. It was an emotional rollercoaster for all involved. Ultimately she has my support as she gets back on her feet, and I wish her much happiness in her life moving forward.”

Although all’s well that ends well, obviously a lot went down at the SUR that night.

“...I remember the evening, unfortunately, being very stressful due to all of the heart-to-hearts that were taking place,” Adrienne writes. “I don't think you ever get dressed up and go to an event expecting it to turn into a therapy session in a back room!”

New recruit Radziwill was spotted partying with the rest of the housewives — including Ramona Singer, Sonja Morgan, Countess LuAnn de Lesseps, designer Heather Thomson and Wall Street wife Aviva Drescher — at Le Ti at its cabaret-themed night on Tuesday. Our source said, “Le Ti has a dress-up shop with items to suit every fetish.

By the end of the night, all the housewives were in tiny red pirate outfits with Jack Sparrow hats, and exposed midriffs gyrating on the dance floor.”

Carole won three Emmys, one for a story she produced on land mines in Cambodia, and wrote a Glamour column. Our spy added, “It’s sad to see Carole, a journalist, former ABC news producer and whose husband [Prince Anthony Radziwill] was the cousin of John F. Kennedy Jr., stooping to this level. She must really need the money.”

Danielle Staub Wins Lawsuit To Quit Stripping; Plus Melissa Gorga Has “No Regrets” About Doing The Show

While Danielle Staub was busy allegedly selling fake stories to tabloids and creating Twitter attack dogs out of her followers, she was also battling her former employers to avoid taking her clothes off! And Danielle has won her case, which is a relief, because I can’t think of all that many people who are lining up to see Danielle sans pants!

Last year, with few employment prospects on the horizon following her firing and in desperate need of attention, Danielle inked a deal with the infamous Scores Gentleman’s Club to resurrect her stripping career. Shortly after agreeing to return to the pole, the former Real Housewives of New Jersey star abruptly changed her mind; claiming she was “coaxed” into signing the deal. After walking away, Danielle decided to seek psychological help which obviously did little good.

In response Scores filed a lawsuit against Danielle for $375,000, claiming she was in breach of contract for failing to make agreed upon appearances at the club and on their website.

The lawsuit was just settled in federal court and TMZ has learned that a judge dismissed the suit based on the grounds that Scores failed to show why Danielle had further legal obligation to the club after initially making a strip video, for which she was paid $25k.

The judge claimed Scores drew up a “vague” contract and never explicitly specified Danielle’s additional obligations to the club. While things are temporarily settled, if new evidence comes to light Scores can re-open the case. Were they really expecting to make that much money off Danielle parading around naked? I imagine the interest level is quite low!

In other RHONJ news, Melissa Gorga continues her quest for over-the-hill pop stardom! The 33-year-old mother of three is currently in Chicago to lipsync perform “On Display” at the gay club Spin. Melissa took time out to interview with GoPride.com, where she talked about her family and if she regrets joining the show.

To make a long story short, of course, Melissa has no regrets about exposing her family drama for all the world to see accepting the offer to be on TV. “I have no regrets in signing up for the show,” Melissa states. “My hardest challenge is being a wife, being a mother and being on a reality show. Its not always easy to balance it all but some how I manage to do it. As of right now, I am loving every minute of it.”

“No matter how busy life can get, my family is always my priority. I will never allow what I am doing for a living to change who I am or how I take care of my family. I am very careful about balancing my schedule and how much I will take on in one week. Nothing will ever come before my children.”

While things are wonderful with her immediate family, Melissa and her infamous sister-in-law Teresa Giudice are still on the outs. Despite all the problems, Melissa claims she isn’t harboring any grudges, thanking her background in psychology (say what?!). “I am very receptive to other peoples feelings and why they are feeling that way. I think that’s why I am so quick to forgive and forget,” Melissa explains, adding that, “Sometimes having the pressure of millions of people watching you can make you act or say things that you wouldn’t normally do or say.”

And despite the turmoil in their relationship, Melissa is wishing Teresa the best in her foray on Celebrity Apprentice. “I am happy for her, its a great opportunity and we wish her the best!”

In the meantime Melissa has three new songs coming out in April, right before Season four of RHONJ airs!

Kandi Burruss Blasts NeNe Leakes, Explains Why She Isn't Blogging Anymore

Kandi Burruss had a bone to pick with NeNe Leakes and Bravo during "Kandi Koated Nights."

After Sunday's episode of "The Real Housewives of Atlanta," NeNe yet again found herself on the set of "Watch What Happens Live" chopping it up with host Andy Cohen.

NeNe never holds her tongue when it comes to her true feelings about her co-stars. When Kandi's name came up, NeNe again accused the musical mastermind of playing both sides with her and BFF-turned-nemesis Kim Zolciak.

Adding insult to injury, NeNe called Kandi a "hater" and implied that she's fake.

Well, Kandi wasn't about to take those allegations lying down and told her side of the beef on "Kandi Koated Nights" this week.

"Let me tell y'all something about her fake a*s," Kandi said during her webcast, launching into an explanation about why she went to Miami with NeNe at the beginning of the season. "I didn't even really want to go on that trip. The only reason why I was even invited on that trip is because I was the only one that was even on speaking terms with her during that time other than Cynthia."

"RHOA" fans know that when Kandi touched down in Atlanta again, she attended a surprise birthday party for Kim, where the rest of the cast members couldn't keep NeNe's name out of their mouths. As the other ladies kept prodding Kandi for dish about NeNe, the singer-songwriter joked that "she's rich."

Kandi insists that she was trying to diffuse the situation with a littler humor, but in no way meant to make NeNe the subject of ridicule. "That's because that was the ongoing joke ever since her and Sheree had got in a fight," Kandi explained this week. "Name something else I said. Even when I was with her in Miami, I made a joke about the being rich thing."

There might not be a whole lot of love lost between Kandi and NeNe, as Kandi claims they're not really that close once the cameras stop rolling. "She don't call me. I don't talk to her outside of the show," Kandi revealed. "I don't hear from her. I don't talk to her."

For that matter, Kandi states that they aren't that close on-camera either. "Even when all of us are together at certain events, half the time, she don't even speak to me!" Kandi said, reminding everyone that they locked horns when she first joined the cast. "We even started out on the wrong foot."

This wouldn't be such a big deal for Kandi had she gotten to have her say last year when she originally blogged about the trip. Unfortunately, Bravo thought it would be better if some things were just left unsaid.

"I just wanted to get that off my chest," Kandi said, revealing the real reason she's been so quiet on the blogs. "I said all this in my blog, and then [Bravo] edited my damn blog. So I told them, I said, 'I'm not blogging no more.'"

Viewers also noticed a concerned Jennifer Gimenez, licensed addiction counselor at the L.A.’s KLEAN Treatment Center and star of Sober House and Celebrity Rehab, standing outside the bathroom door attempting to speak to Kim. Jennifer attended the party as a guest of Brandi Glanville. She describes to WetPaint what really went on that evening and answers what she did to encourage Kim to seek treatment.

Jennifer is speaking out after a virulent reaction from fans on Twitter. Many wondered why Jennifer seemingly would ignore the visibly in need of help, Kim. According to Jennifer, “I did step in, it just didn’t make the final edit.”

In fact the night after the episode aired, Jennifer Tweeted just how disconcerting Kim’s behavior was, “my heart broke watching her …i was scared for her.”

“I saw Kim when she first walked in,” Jennifer describes. “I had been around her before and I’ve seen the way she acts when she’s not herself. I already knew she was sick and suffering. So after she arrived at the Sur party, I kept my eye on her.”

“What I saw broke my heart,” Jennifer adds. “It was so clear that she needed help. Jennifer also explains that Kim actually took several trips to the bathroom and not the one extended trip that was portrayed on the episode.

“She spent a lot of time in the bathroom. She was in there half the night. Finally, I went over there. I waited until Ken had left. He had been hovering around the bathroom door waiting for her and I didn’t think that was helping the situation,” Jennifer recounts.

“So when he walked away, I went over and knocked on the bathroom door. Kim opened it and was like, ‘What do you want?’ and I just said to her, ‘Look, I know you know that I’m sober and I just wanted to say if you need help, I can help you. I can help you tonight, I can help you tomorrow, I can help you anytime you want.’”

“She started to open up to me, but she was so scattered, she wasn’t making a lot of sense. So I gave her my number and she gave me hers and I told her to call me. I told her I would be there for her. I think she believed me. I told her it had nothing to do with the cameras or the show, I just wanted to help her. I think she understood that.”

“But I was thrilled when I heard Kim had checked into rehab,” Jennifer shares. “I’m so grateful she finally sought treatment. If she ever needs a sober friend, I’m here for her 100%.”

Lisa Vanderpump Gets 'Real Housewives' Spin-Off

First it was Bethenny Frankel from New York, then Kim Zolciak from Atlanta and now Beverly Hills housewife Lisa Vanderpump will be leaving her fellow "Real" ladies behind and going it alone.

"Bravo has taped a pilot with Lisa for her own show and is now deciding if they want to greenlight a full series based around her life and family," a network insider told me. "They do not rush into these sorts of things, but if all goes according to plan, Lisa will soon have her own reality show."

The British beauty made her fortune in the restaurant business in England before moving with her family to California, where they have just opened sexy new lounge SUR.

"This would be her dream come true," a friend of Lisa's told me of the spin-off. "Initially the producers were not sure they even wanted her to be part of the Beverly Hills cast, but were won over when they met her flamboyant houseguest, Cedric Martinez, who moved back in with her once the show started filming, before everything turned bad."

Cedric, who turned up on a recent episode of the show, told Radar Online that Lisa was a "bitter, conniving woman who will do anything for fame. ... I'm confident that as the truth slowly comes out, the public will come to realize Lisa's pretty facade hides a heartless, bitter, rotting core."

Those are some dramatic words -- perhaps even dramatic enough to get Lisa's pilot fast-tracked into an entire new series.

Alex McCord Says Real Housewives of New York Was A "Train Wreck"

Sounds like one former Brooklyn 'Housewife' is still a little bitter about recently getting the boot:

Alex McCord and leather-pants-loving hubby Simon van Kempen have blasted their former Bravo series as a “train wreck” and “faux reality show.”

Having been dumped from the “Real Housewives of New York City” after four seasons, they’re currently trying to launch their own show, according to an e-mail sent to friends. “While we were sad to lose the dollars . . . we weren’t sad to be off that particular show,” it reads. “Now that we are free-and-clear of our Bravo contracts, we have been meeting with . . . just about every cable network as well as a couple of the main networks.”

They’re asking pals to join a new show, possibly called “Based in Brooklyn,” about 30-something parents in “Brownstone Brooklyn.” “We would never expose ourselves to another faux reality show,” they wrote.

When we asked McCord if she’d sell “Brooklyn” to “train wreck” home Bravo, she said, “I don’t know, I hadn’t, that doesn’t mean I wouldn’t, it’s not just me either if we did this it would be Simon and me together.”

'Real Housewives Of Beverly Hills' Recasting Camille Grammer?

If Bravo can fire half the cast of "Real Housewives of New York City," the "Housewives" across the nation have got to be shaking in their stilettos -- and rightfully so. But this time, instead of blindsiding a franchise's current stars, the network is telling its talent upfront that they might not be coming back.

"I had a good year so I would want to go back for a third season, but they haven't asked me yet, so I wonder what's going on with that," Camille Grammer told me. "I guess they decided who they want and I guess they are going to start casting, looking for new housewives. They told me they were going to start looking so it wasn't behind my back. They were like, 'Sorry we are doing a big casting call.' I was like, 'Thanks.'"

Camille admits the decision is hurtful, but understands why the show might need to change things up after an emotionally grueling season dealing with the suicide of Taylor Armstrong's husband, Russell Armstrong.

"When you watch the scenes between Taylor and Russell, it is uncomfortable," Camille tells me. "I think some of the viewers feel that way. I'm glad that some of our viewers are coming back around and joining the season and our viewership is up. We took a little dip because of what happened, and I think we are on a upswing, so that is really positive."

Co-star Kyle Richards told me yesterday that she, like Camille, would like to do another season but was focused more on making sure her sister, Kim Richards, who has just left rehab, gets better.

In the wake of reports that “Real” NYC performer Jill Zarin is getting a reality series on Fox, a source at the Miss New York USA pageant at SUNY Purchase overheard her castmate Kelly Bensimon talking about a show of her own. The insider says Bensimon was overheard asking fellow pageant judge, celebrity blogger Micah Jesse, if he’d appear on her show. The source says the TV project sounds like it’s based on Bensimon’s upcoming book, “I Can Make You Hot!: The Supermodel Diet,” due out in April.

Kim Richards: "I'm Feeling Phenomenal" Post-Rehab

Kim Richards seems to have turned over a new leaf.

While out celebrating the Golden Globes with her sister Kathy Hilton, the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star spoke excitedly with Life & Style in her first interview following her rehab stint.

"It's going really well," she told Life & Style at the Weinstein Company Golden Globes afterparty at Bar 210 at the Beverly Hilton Hotel on Jan. 15. "I'm feeling phenomenal."

Early last week, the 47-year-old was released from rehab. She had started treatment in December for alcohol abuse and other "serious issues," say reports.

"She's really strong right now, happy. She's looking forward to moving on in her life," sister Kyle Richards said following Kim's release.

Kim's mental health has been a recurring topic on the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills this season. Things got so bad during one episode, fellow cast member Brandi Glanville accused Kim of being on meth and "wasted out of her f--king mind."

For once I agree with Nene. Whatever her intentions were (or maybe it really was the liquor), watching Kandi's mom try to get Kim and Nene to be besties again was just dumb and incredibly nerve-wracking to watch. I'm glad that Kim and Nene are done being friends, too often the ups and downs of their so-called friendship dominated the storylines, when in fact they really had no business being pals in the first place. Kim is a lying heffer and Nene is a hoodrat, but besides their all-about-me attitude they really didn't have much in common anyway. Everyone needs to let it go already, seems like Kim and Nene have.

“I’m willing to move house,” she said. “I may have to actually -- so this would work out perfectly for me.”

The silent movie The Artist continues to make a lot of noise in Hollywood - winning three Golden Globes Sunday night. The Artist picked up more awards at the Globes than any other title.

A very happy looking director, Michel Hazanavicius, spoke to RadarOnline.com and let us know that he was very proud of his wife, actress Bérénice Bejo, who stars in the movie. Bejo herself was nominated for Best Supporting Actress.

And, a few people may be surprised to see actor Ken Davitian, better known for playing Borat's naked producer friend in the 2006 comedy film Borat, turn up for a cameo role in The Artist. Davitian said he was impressed by the ambitious project from the first moment he heard about it. He also let us know that he kept all his clothes on for this latest role.

More People Look at Melissa Gorga's House Than at the White House

The Real Housewives of New Jersey have an especially impressive array of mansions, even amongst the Real Housewife communities. In fact, Melissa Gorga's house was custom-built for her and her husband Joe, because you know how those H'Wives feel about living in pre-owned homes — blech!

Her Montville, N.J. manse was listed at $4.1 million in 2010 when it was briefly put up for sale. Thinking of upgrading, were they? Hard to imagine, considering photos of their pad got more clicks on real estate website Zillow than pics of the White House. Seriously.

Zillow ranked Melissa's house at #7 Most Viewed, just ahead of the Prez's palatial digs at #8. In fact, she's the only Housewife to make the list at all. Take that, Beverly Hills, snobs!

The #1 Most Viewed House was that of Melissa's favorite neighbors — the Jersey Shore house in Seaside Heights!
