The BFF of Camille Grammer, she inspired the popular TV show Medium, starring Patricia Arquette . Once famous for talking to the dead, Allison Dubois is even more well known now for her psychic appearance at the Real Housewives dinner party from hell. In the shocking episode, Allison dukes it out with Kyle Richards in the ultimate battle of the egos.
In the spirit of holiday season, Astrochicks decided to watch the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills marathon on Bravo. I had to start with our favorite episode first, where Camille Grammer’s innocent dinner party morfed into a WWE match between Kyle Richards and Allison Dubois. Bravo producers must have pissed their pants, this is true ratings gold. Who knew a psychic medium could be so bitchy? Granted all the Real Housewives had LOTS of cocktails, Allison Dubois let the f bombs fly, and her doom and gloom predictions for poor Kyle Richards. Oh my.
For our celebrity psychic friends Barb Powell and Jusstine Kenzer, they were both mortifed after watching the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills episode. Jusstine recently posted on her Facebook ,” Train wreck television. Unbelievable this Alison woman, she might as well replace Miss Cleo, and we could just call her Miss Ego.” You can read more about Jusstine here.
For Barb Powell, who’s a regular contributor to Astrochicks wrote an open letter to Allison Dubois.For Astrochicks, we are absolutely fascinated by this woman, we may have to check out one of her events to see what party tricks she does. Born under the astrology star sign of Aquarius, Allison is one unique soul. Maybe she will even smoke the electric cigarette again. She would be perfect for a James Bond movie. Crazy stuff, maybe she was channeling an evil spirit
For Allison Dubois, she posted the following statement on her official website: “I aired in an episode of Real Housewives of Beverly Hills that was to say the least, in my opinion, recklessly edited and was not representative of what actually happened that night nor who I am. I was there only as support for my friend Camille who had told me how painful her interaction with the other housewives was and it was making her physically ill. I’m very protective of my friends/family and was there to support my friend.” I guess it’s safe to say cocktails and reality TV don’t mix. Sorry Kyle, no apology for you either. Happy holidays!
Didn't allison also say that she was told NOTHING of the situation??? That's how she was able to fortune tell or whatever she does...

ReplyDeleteTo speak to Ms Dubois in terms she might understand: karma is a bitch. Perhaps Ms Dubois' bank account shall take a serious hit as many people can now see the real person behind the "side-kick" she has portrayed herself to be thus far.
Blaming editing does not change the words that came from her own mouth. Before you decide to work with such a person, I suggest you view the episode and see what kind of person you will be dealing with.
Actually, most psychics don't drink because it clouds their thought process. Guess she didn't read the handbook. Allison went overboard, reckless editing or not! She, like precious Camille is a victim of reckless editing. Never accepting their part in the failed relationships. Allison's failure to accept responsibility for drinking too much and then recklessly and wrongfully 'reading' the group was disrespectful and egomaniacal.
ReplyDeleteI Was a big fan of Medium but after seeing the real Alison Dubois im deleting the show from my T.V. i really didn't like the comment Alison made, "I know when u are going to die and your children." No wonder Camille is living in her own delusional world with friends like her or all the other employee friends she has...
ReplyDeleteI am SO disappointed that THIS is the real Allison Dubois! What a let-down!!! I was a fan of Medium, but I don't think I could take another episode. I wanted to shake that Alison when I watched her on Real Housewives... Get over yourself Alison!!!! What an unprofessional medium she is! She utterly disgraced and devalued herself. I have no respect for that woman - words out of context due to editing or not, it doesn't matter... she said those horrid things nonetheless.

Allison disgrace is the only word that comes to mind when I think of your actions. Whether it was edited to make you look bad or not they certainly didn't make you say things that came out of your potty mouth or make you use your middle finger!!! Your daughters will be proud....NOT.

A medium recently told me that Alison is from pure love and light - there is nothing of love or light from ALison - except for that stupid cigarette. ReplyDeleteWait, at the dinner party Camille and Allison both claimed that Camille hadn't told Allison anything about her issues with Kyle. Now Allison is saying the whole reason she went was to support Camille because she HAD told her about "painful interactions". So, for a start, they both lied and had set the other women up by having Allison there.

Yes, it's probably true that Allison's craziness was intentionally edited into the show a lot, but no amount of editing changes the fact that she said all of those crazy, nasty, bitchy and egotistical things. They can't just create things that didn't happen at all.
Allison is obviously a nasty person, with a massive ego, who thinks that she is much more important than she actually is.

When she said if one of their kids came up missing don't call her. Also she know when they would die and their children! She is a flat out liar! No one sensitive I know can look at u and say your gonna die on this or that day. She will get hers in the end

She came across big noting herself by saying I have two books and a tv show! Who cares! Her self indulgence will never help people in dire need of comfort. She came across arrogant and actually quite delusional. Money and greed will be one of the key factors to her downfall. Allison should be very careful what she puts out into the cosmos because karma will come back tenfold to teach her a lesson!
