I think Kelly was so jealous of Bethanny that is why she pretended that Bethanny hurt her feelings etc. That episode.. .I am up here and your down here scenario was a good example of Kelly being detached from the real world. I really like Bethanny and I think Kelly was just plain jealous of her. Her constant...."stop... stooooooooooop..... was just a little too much to stomach. I wish Bethanny and her new hubby and baby all the blessings in the world!
