Real Housewives of Atlanta star Sheree Whitfield, 46, is alleging her neighbors are racist after she was fined $1,000 for not getting the proper permits to throw her October housewarming party.Last month Whitfield appeared in court and was fined $1,000 by Sandy Springs, Georgia and put on unsupervised probation for 18 months over her October 28 'Chateau Sheree' bash, which was filmed for the hit Bravo show. The production company was also fined $1,000.She told IHeartRadio this week, according to AJC, that her neighbors 'are p***ed off that a little black girl was able to move into the neighborhood.'The party, which ended more than five years of construction headaches and plotlines about the custom built home, was captured in photos by dailymail.com.Photos showed fellow castmates Kenya Moore, Kandi Burruss, former castmember Kim Zolciak Biermann and husband Kroy, and Peter Bailey, the estranged husband of castmate Cynthia all in attendance, as well as massive film production crews and crowded streets of double parked cars.Speaking to the Domenick Nati Show Whitfield said the situation was 'blown out of proportion,' saying 'I am not happy with the city I live in. I pay taxes like everybody else.'She said other people in her neighborhood threw parties and no one complained. The neighbors, she said, 'are p***ed off that a little black girl was able to move into the neighborhood and build a home that's bigger than some of theirs. They are p***ed for whatever reason. I totally don't think it was fair.'
