Was Phaedra Parks and Apollo Nida's Marriage Trouble Made Up For TV?

If you told us last week that Atlanta housewife Phaedra Parks and her husband Apollo were having trouble in their marriage, we wouldn’t have believed you. All signs pointed to marital bliss, especially after the pair announced on Dec. 28th that they are expecting baby number two!

But, when we tuned into Sunday’s episode just two days later, things were not well in the Parks-Nida household. Apollo was more than vocal about his “beast” of a wife, telling the boys, and every stripper within a 50 foot radius, that he was feeling stifled by their three year marriage.

And just as soon as we thought we had the full story, the two flipped the script again when they treated viewers to an X-rated make out sesh, leaving us scratching our heads and shielding our eyes.

So, what’s the deal with these two lovebirds? Did they really go from near-split to hot and heavy in a few short minutes, or did Bravo brew this storyline up for our viewing pleasure?

Either way, given Kenya Moore’s recent Walter woes, it wouldn’t be the first time an Atlanta castmate was accused of faking relationship issues (or an entire relationship for that matter)!
