Hey, unless we come to find out later that Porsha did Kordell seriously wrong during their marriage, IMO she deserves the loot:
Hip Hop Enquirer broke the story…It appears that Real Housewives of Atlanta star Porsha Williams has won the first round in her bitter divorce case against her estranged husband Kordell Stewart as an Atlanta Superior court judge has ordered him to pay his wife a sizable amount in temporary spousal support until their divorce is final.RELATED: RHOA’s Porsha Stewart in New Cheating Scandal — All For The Show?
It doesn’t appear that the judge was too fond of the fact that Kordell Stewart changed the locks on the marital house they both shared.
Yesterday in a Fulton County courthouse, Superior Judge Goger ordered after hearing all the evidence in a recent motion filing for spousal support, told former NFL quarterback Kordell Stewart that he must pay his estranged wife $5000.00 a month in temporary support as well as he must return all her personal possessions to her immediately or pay for it to be put in storage unit.
The ruling was a result of a recent motion filing by Porsha Williams in which she claimed Kordell Stewart changed the locks on their home and that Kordell has locked her out of their residence on multiple occasions … and she had to have her lawyer beg Kordell’s people for a key.
Kordell countered in his own filing that his wife was spending money frivolously and he claims that she didn’t need support from him, as her current income with the Real Housewives of Atlanta reality show was enough to keep her afloat.
The judge in the case has reserved his decision on who must pay attorney fees.
