'Real Housewives of Atlanta' Moving to Sundays

Marquee.com:

Move over, Don Draper. Nene, Kim and She by Sheree are taking over Sunday night TV.

The “Real Housewives of Atlanta” will switch to Sunday nights at 10 p.m. beginning November 7. Bravo’s twice-weekly late night talk show “Watch What Happens: Live” hosted by Bravo executive Andy Cohen will also move to Sundays, with new episodes airing immediately following “The Real Housewives of Atlanta.”

The schedule switch was announced by the president of Bravo Media, Frances Berwick.

“With Bravo’s rapid ratings growth and continued momentum in original programming and new engagement initiatives, we’re expanding to Sunday nights where we can kick off the week earlier and each night becomes a promotional platform for the next night becoming a domino effect that strengthens our schedule,” Berwick said in a statement. “We think the buzz-worthy sensation surrounding ‘The Real Housewives of Atlanta,’ with its ravenous fanbase, is the ideal launch for this new night of original programming.”
