Real Housewives of Atlanta star Sheree Whitfield has seen her share of courtroom drama, especially while dealing with Chateau Sheree and her potentially racist neighbors.RELATED: Sheree Whitfield’s $9 Book ‘Wives, Fiancees, and Side Chicks of Hotlanta’
Now it appears a contractor is taking the 47-year-old to court as well, claiming the reality show vet has yet to pay all of her bills for services provided by the company.
Heritage Landscape Group of Flowery Branch is suing Sheree for $10,012.50 in alleged unpaid services, including landscaping and helping her obtain a certificate of occupancy, according to documents recovered by StraightFromTheA.
“Mrs. Whitfield contracted the landscaping services of Heritage Landscape to help in the completion of her home. We also helped her get the certificate of occupancy pertaining to the landscaping and erosion.”
The complaint goes on, “Mrs. Whitfield has paid some (less than half of her bill), although she was happy with the work. At first she claimed she did not have the money, and then she claimed poor quality work. We would just like to get the balance owed.”
This latest lawsuit comes just months after Sheree faced a judge over noise and permit complaints that she felt were racially prompted.
