Teresa Giudice Rejected By "Dancing With The Stars"

RealityTea.com:
In today’s Real Housewives of New Jersey news, it appears Teresa Giudice was rejected by Dancing With The Stars, according to Teresa.

If you recall, Teresa has been angling to get on the show for over a year now. “I am thinking about doing Dancing With the Stars. What do you guys think?” wrote Teresa back in July 2010.

Well fast forward to today and Teresa is singing a different tune when it comes to DWTS, stating the show does not want any ‘Housewives’ on it. When a fan sent her a tweet saying she should be on the show, Teresa responded, “Would [love] to but they don’t want ‘Housewives’ this season. But Playmates are OK?”

The Playmates she is referring to include Kendra Wilkinson from last season and Holly Madison from Season 8.

DWTS has yet to respond to Teresa’s comment. Perhaps the show just doesn’t want Teresa this season or maybe they are really anti-housewives. But surely a ‘Housewife’ would be an upgrade from Rob Kardashian no?

Sneak Preview At 'Real Housewives of New York City' Reunion Part 2: Ramona Singer Again Says She Doesn't Have A Drinking Problem

USmagazine.com:
Never fear, Ramona Singer fans: turtle time is far from over!

In a sneak preview from Monday's Real Housewives of New York City Reunion: Part 2, the 54-year-old Bravo star denies her costars' allegations that she has a drinking problem.

"I have been drinking Pinot Grigio since the day the show started, and maybe some people this year have a little problem because this season I have 'Ramona Pinot Grigio,' but I embrace all my products," Singer explains.

As frenemy Jill Zarin, 47, rolls her eyes, host Andy Cohen asks: "What's the line between using the products and having a problem?"

Singer -- like many Housewives before her -- blames editing. "They only have a problem because of the way it's been shown," she reasons. "I don't drink any more or less than I have for the past four years, or more than anyone else. We film at parties and social events. I don't have a problem."

The Real Housewives of New York City Reunion: Part 2 airs Monday at 10 p.m. EST on Bravo.

Taylor And Russell Armstrong Accused Of Investment Scam

TMZ.com:
"Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" star Taylor Armstrong and her soon-to-be ex-husband are now co-defendants in a lawsuit accusing them of shady business dealings.

Two weeks after Taylor filed to divorce Russell Armstrong .... they're both being sued over allegedly misleading investors in a company called NuWay Digital Systems, Inc. (NDS).

Russell -- a venture capitalist -- was CEO of NDS -- which held interest in another company called MyMedicalRecords.com (MMR).

In the lawsuit, MMR claims Russell collected more than a million dollars by selling off NDS shares to investors who were told they were getting a piece of MMR.

The suit claims Taylor and Russell "successfully and secretly" funneled money away from MMR and into their own pockets -- allegedly using the money to invest in a schmancy restaurant with Eva Longoria ... and to redecorate their mansion.

MMR and the Armstrongs reached a settlement over the whole mess ... and the lawsuit claims they have breached that agreement.

MMR wants $1.5 million to make things right.

TimeOut Chicago Interviews Ramona Singer and Sonja Morgan

TimeOutChicago.com:
The Real Housewives of New York wrapped up its latest drama-filled season, and if you’re still craving some more RHNY (reruns of the reunions can only give you so much), you’re in luck. Ramona (pictured above) and Sonja were recently in town and invited me to Ramona’s suite at the Peninsula for a quick chat. Of course, she answered the door holding a glass of her Pinot Grigio. She was also wearing a robe and had curlers in her hair. (“I knew you weren’t going to have a photographer, so I figured this would be fine.”) I joined her and Sonja in the bathroom while they got ready for an event and we discussed their products (Ramona’s skin care line (TruRenewal), jewelry (True Faith) and wine; Sonja’s upcoming line of toaster ovens) as well as the drama on the show.

Is there pressure to always have products out?
R No. I just do what comes natural. I think I just follow my passion.

You don’t feel a competition with the other ladies?
S No! Ramona is as natural as they come. When you see Ramona, she’s wearing the most beautiful jewelry and she drinks Pinot Grigio and she has fabulous skin. That’s what she knows and loves.
R And that’s a rule I have for women. You can’t look at the competition. You just look straight ahead.
S And Ramona takes care of those who take care of her. She doesn’t worry about what she doesn’t have. Because if you do that, you’ll never be happy enough. I just want her to be happy, me to be happy, our daughters are happy, her husband is happy, my lovers are happy and the production is happy.

Let’s talk about the on-camera drama.
R How about off-camera drama? Wanna talk about that one?

Is there more drama off-camera?
R Oh, please.
S I don’t like the off-camera drama because it takes away from the show.
R Okay, we won’t talk about that. But there’s some people who like to be in the press, I won’t name names. And to be in the press, they make up lies about other cast mates. And that’s ridiculous.
S You’re a businesswoman. You’re on the show for one reason.
R And to have fun.

But there was that fight in Morocco, right?
R I said, “Jill, I’ve probably enabled you because for years you’ve been saying things behind my back. Let’s try to talk about our friendship.” And basically, I felt that she wasn’t listening to me. And yes, they showed me talking over her, but the discussion was for over an hour. And the part they showed was my talking over her, but I did it because it was getting very vile and I felt it wasn’t positive.

That happened months ago, and then when it airs do you feel like you’re reliving it?
S That’s the one thing I really can’t stand about the show. It’s the most annoying thing. You live through it, and then you have to live through it again. We had this whole scene with Marriage Equality New York…
R Can I just finish this? It’s important. It’s about abuse. Jill said I was fake crying. But I really wasn’t. It was a deep cry, because I went back into my childhood and I would hear and witness my father being verbally abusive to my mother, and that’s how I saw Jill. She was there with such venom toward me, such ill-will, it just brought me right back.
S I think some of my co-stars take the show a little too seriously.

Teresa Giudice's Daddy Drama

Starmagazine.com:
Teresa Giudice has done her fair share of damage since she shot to stardom on The Real Housewives of New Jersey — but none of it compares to the distress she’s inflicted on her father.

Between his daughter’s embarrassing public money woes and her fights with her brother, Joe, Giacinto Gorga, 67, just can’t take it anymore, and the drama is seriously affecting his frail health.

“Her father has had a heart condition for many years now. He’s currently in very bad shape,” a source close to the family tells Star. “The stress of the show the last few years has taken a toll on him.”

The stress on Giacinto is exacerbated with both of his kids on the show this season, which has been a particularly humiliating one for the Gorgas. “Giacinto has been depressed over all the fighting,” the source says.

And to make matters worse, Teresa, who is very close to her parents, seems to be focusing more on her finances than on helping her dad cope with his health issues.

“The family is concerned how much longer he’s going to live because of his condition,” the source adds. “He is so sick. But the talk is that she’ll do anything for money, even when her dad is sick.

Taylor Armstrong Says Her Husband Russell Was Abusive

Wetpaint.com:
Weeks after news of her divorce surfaced, Taylor Armstrong reveals her husband, Russell, was physically and emotionally abusive during their 5-year marriage.

In a new interview with People magazine, Taylor openly admits Russell not only grabbed and shoved her, but also pulled her hair and threw things at her. Because Taylor suffered physical abuse as a child and has worked with survivors of domestic violence at shelters for years, we can imagine it must be a traumatizing place to revisit.

“Allowing this to happen in my own relationship was something I felt very ashamed of,” she says, adding that she also filed for divorce for the sake of her 5-year-daughter, Kennedy.

As for Russell, who moved out of the family home in June, he confessed to the mag that he may have pushed Taylor “in the heat of the moment” but denies ever pulling her hair.

It definitely sounds like Taylor did the right thing by ending this troubled marriage.

All Six ‘Real Housewives of Beverly Hills’ Plus Brandi Granville Set To Be Back For Season Two

Bravo makes it official:
The glitzy drama of reality show "Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" will be returning in September will all six original ladies, plus some special guests, cable TV channel Bravo said on Wednesday.

The show, which won a 2011 Critics Choice Award for best reality series, features former child stars and wealthy businesswomen embroiled in designer duds, conflict, and outright hostility.

"In Beverly Hills, luxury has its price," Bravo said, with the drama ruffling some seriously expensive feathers.

Camille Grammer will be focused on starting her new life after her divorce from "Frasier" star Kelsey Grammer, Bravo said.

She and the other five "housewives" will be joined for season two by new "friends:" businesswoman Dana Wilkey and former model Brandi Glanville. Glanville went through a messy divorce from Eddie Cibrian, the "CSI:Miami" actor who left her for country music singer LeAnn Rimes in 2009.

"If you put five girls or six girls in a room together, there's gonna be drama no matter what," Glanville said in a trailer released on Wednesday. "There's so much drama this season, and I'm kind-of in the middle of all of it."

Joe Giudice Is An A-Hole

The guy is just a creep, the despicable stuff he was saying about Melissa behind her back at that Xmas party just seemed to come out of nowhere. Teresa's making enough money on her own now, she doesn't need him. Let him spend some time in prison after his fraud and bankruptcy trials are done, so he can think about what a-hole he's become.

'Real Housewives of New York' Reunion Part 1 Recap: Ramona Won, Hands Down

Wow, gotta admit that made for great TV, any wonder RHONY remains my favorite 'Housewives' show. The 'Blondes vs. The Brunettes' saga stayed intriguing all season long, but who knew how bitter things would get between the two teams, so much so that I can't see them making up or anyone swtiching sides anytiem soon. That said, I thought Andy Cohen did a tremendous job under what had to be very trying circumstances--he asked all the right questions and called out the 'Housewives' who were clearly being hypocritical. Now granted, I'm definitely with Team Blonde, so call me biased, but here's what I thought of what went down last night anyway:
1) Alex was clearly ready to do battle, getting in on every turn and interrupting Team Brunette members every chance she could get. But I liked how the brunettes tried to play "Ramonja" against Alex, because they're not that close to Alex and Alex desperately wants to be down with the rich, blonde girls (Jill was at her best here, making snide little comments referring to Alex and Sonja not really being that close, but she took it to another level getting nasty and calling Alex an "effing bitch" twice). And while Kelly, LuAnn and Cindy did their best to throw some shots at Alex too (and get her to speak only when spoken to) Alex did get in some great zingers, including the line of the night telling Cindy how she "needs to get laid". However, the problem with Alex still remains her inability to stay calm while making a zinger (practice by watching some tapes of Bethenny when she throws darts) and clearly as long as Simon stays by her side, people will always have a valid reason to not like her (can we please get Alex some friends?).

2) I don't care what "Cosmo" says, Crazy Kelly remains a nutcase. I loved when Andy smacked her down when she was supposedly trying to play "peacemaker" while Cindy and Sonja went at it. And that B.S. story about being "abused"? I'm not buying it, esp. considering that the woman has been arrested before for beating up a guy. Nor am I buying that Kelly isn't phased at all by Bethenny's success. That said, I could go either way on Kelly coming back next season--no one could say she's not entertaining.

3) Ramona, to me, was hands down the winner tonight. She took on the Brunettes with gutso, zeal and plenty of barbs that tore into the hearts of each of them--and she managed to stay calm throughout. Did she go too far talking about LuAnn's kids? Of course. But LuAnn went there first about Ramona's marriage while they were all in Morocco and we all know by now that when it comes to talking about Ramona's family she doesn't play. Ramona also got in some great shots at Cindy and Jill and for the most part put Kelly on ignore where she belongs.

4) Cindy is a bitch. I don't like her at all. She just refused to acknowledge that what she did at Sonja's house, taking that meeting in the kitchen, was flat-out wrong. I don't even have a problem with Cindy picking up her phone or having the stupid meeting, it's just simple etiquette to excuse yourself and ask if you can use another room. Then too, the woman clearly has anger issues--the way she shouts people down and talks down to them is just revolting. And as I've said from the beginning there's this air to her that makes you feel she really thinks she's better than "those people" (i.e. the Housewives)--please Bravo, just be done with her.

5) I just feel bad for Sonja and was surprised when she broke down about how much her marriage meant to her (tho I can't help but think that what she really misses is the lifestyle). Loved how she took down Kelly for talking about her house like that.

6) LuAnn did well for the most part, but she is in clear denial about how rude and unclassy she can be towards people. I liked how she even called out Cindy for taking the conference call in the kitchen at Sonja's. LuAnn may deny it too, but she also "found her voice" this year, esp, when it comes to reunion shows.

7) Compared to last season's reunion Jill had an easy time of it. Her current feud with Ramona doesn't look like it will end anytime soon, but somehow they always find a way to be friends again. That said I can't wait for Part 2.

Bethenny Frankel to Launch Skinnygirl Skin Care

I refuse to believe that this stuff doesn't bother Crazy Kelly:
Real Housewives of New York's breakout reality star Bethenny Frankel will be expanding her extremely successful Skinnygirl margarita drinks with a Skinnygirl skin care line. Bethenny Frankel is launching Skinnygirl Face & Body Solutions and Skinnygirl Mommy at select Wal-mart stores in November just in time for the holidays.

With her characteristic take-no-prisoners attitude, Frankel is taking the skin care industry to task. According to Hollywood Life, she declared "I don't make false promises....I don't want people to think in three days they'll have no cellulite. That's not going to happen." Frankel has also managed to keep the pricing of her skin care line affordable, with all 30 of the products ranging in price under $15, stating that "$150 eye cream is ridiculous and absurd." Her Skinnygirl skin care product line will include everything from lip glosses to face masks to fragrances that smell like her signature Skinnygirl Margarita and Sangria.

Her straight talking and no-nonsense approach has earned Bethenny more fans than any other reality star who have tried to translate their 15 minutes of fame into lucrative business ventures. The savvy entrepreneur that she is, Bethenny tapped into the low-calorie specialty alcohol drink market which resulted in the sale of the Skinnygirl margarita and sangria to a distributor for a record-breaking $120 million. She has continued to expand her Skinnygirl brand with cookbooks, shapewear, lingerie, and self-help books.

Frankel managed to leave her starring role in Bravo's Real Housewives of New York, and become the star of her own hit spinoff show Bethenny Ever After, which chronicles her juggling of her new husband, new baby, and her career. While Perez Hilton reports that Bethenny is over the reality show business, she does have her eyes set on another television genre that has a gaping hole now that Oprah has left. Bethenny wants her own talk show, and if her past successes are any indicator, her golden touch will surely make this show a hit also.

Ramona Singer And LuAnn de Lesseps Go At It During RHONYC Reunion

I love how Ramona stayed calm throughout LuAnn trying to play the victim and then waited to get that last shot in: "Now that she is divorced we can talk about the fact that she had a very open marriage on both ends." Nice!!!

Catching Up With Lisa Wu Hartwell

AJC.com:
Some folks with short memories may already be saying “Lisa Who?”

But Lisa Wu Hartwell, who quit “The Real Housewives of Atlanta” after season two, is moving on, pursuing a genuine acting career.

Reality TV got her name out there, but she felt she had to walk away from the shenanigans season three so directors and producers of scripted programs would take her more seriously.

Hartwell just finished a month-long shoot in Philadelphia on a murder/mystery film with actor/writer/director Charles Dutton called “Must Be the Music.”

She is starring in an upcoming play at Ferst Center on the Georgia Tech campus called “Stripped.” It debuts July 27 and runs through July 31. She plays the wife of a former NFL player struggling with life after the big time. She also happens to be married to Ed Hartwell, an ex-NFLer himself who makes a cameo appearance via video.

Hartwell works opposite Dorsey Levens, another former NFL player who played professionally from 1994 to 2006. Levens, a Georgia Tech graduate, produced the play.

During rehearsals last Saturday at Whole World Theatre, Hartwell showed off her “angry side,” a resentful wife of the fictional Jayden Dorsey. They argue a lot.

Hartwell always seemed to have her head on her shoulders on “The Real Housewives of Atlanta,” save for a moment where she threatened to flip Kim Zolciak over a couch for allegedly spreading lies about her and her children during a season one reunion show. (Hartwell was once married to R&B Keith Sweat, who never showed up on camera on the show.)

Michaele And Tareq Salahi Sued AGAIN For Alleged Wine Tour Fraud

RadarOnline.com:
White House gate crashers Michaele and Tareq Salahi are being sued again for allegedly stiffing another person out of the money paid for a wine tour by the company they own RadarOnline.com has exclusively learned.

Kerri Chik filed a lawsuit on July 22 against Tareq Salahi and VA Wine Tourism Inc (VA Wine Tours) in Arlington County, Virginia General District Court for a "warrant in debt," according to the Virginia Case Courts Information website.

A hearing is set for September 9 in the case.

Kerri Chik paid $655.00 for a wine tour with Virginia Wine Tour via check on February 24, 2011 and the check was cashed on March 3, according to www.AskMissA.com.

After being told the company limo was being repaired and then ultimately canceling her tour, Chik was told that she would receive a full refund but never received the money. She tried multiple times to reach the company, via phone and email but never received a response.

As RadarOnline.com previously reported, the Salahi's were sued by Emily McCallum for $1,235 after they failed to take her and nineteen of her friends on a wine tour to celebrate her graduation.

The Miami Herald Interviews Alexis Bellino

MiamiHerald.com:
Being on a reality show has its ups and downs. Just ask Alexis Bellino, one of The Real Housewives of Orange County, who’s been with the show since Season 3. She has had her share of friends and enemies over the course of her three seasons (it is unclear whether Bravo wants a seventh go-around).

That’s OK with Bellino, who has a lot of things going on. She is currently in town doing the rounds to show off her Alexis Couture fashion line, appearing both on South Florida Today and Deco Drive on Friday.

The trip mixes business and pleasure. Bellino will be bringing her husband, Jim, to celebrate his birthday at such hotspots as The Forge, Meat Market, and Wall at the W.

“I definitely want to branch out,’’ says the mother of three, 34. “I have a few passions and a few things that are kind of coming to me. I have to see how it pans out.’’

Beside fashion, Bellino would like to get into pageant-hosting full-time: “I’m ready for it. I mean, I’m mentally prepared.’’

But she realizes every move she makes is going to be scrutinized. Viewers saw how she and her family went through real-estate and financial problems and dubbed her the “Jesus Barbie,’’ because of her strong faith.

“It’s definitely stressful being on [ Housewives],’’ she admits. “You go through your life in front of the entire nation. If you have one bad episode, everyone’s mad at you.’’

Most of her criticism is Web-related.

“There is a lot of bad blogging out there,’’ she says, adding: “Every person who comes up to me in public is very positive and super kind.

“My rule is: I stay off the Internet, I don’t Google myself. I don’t read what other people have to say about me.’’

Being on the show has toughened her up.

“I used to be sick to my stomach all night long, just devastated,’’ she says. “But now I have a tougher skin. It takes a lot to upset me now. My family is happy, and that’s all that matters.’’

Teresa Giudice On Cover Of In Touch Weekly, Fears Poverty

TheHollywoodGossip.com:
Teresa Giudice makes about $250,000 per season of The Real Housewives of New Jersey. She then rakes in at least that much in endorsement deals and other marketing maneuvers.

But this reality star opens up in the latest issue of In Touch Weekly and admits: she's terrified of being poor. Perhaps she ought to stop going on $60,000 spending sprees in that case. What a spoiled moron.

Sonja Morgan Talks How Financial Mess Has Changed Her Life

InTouchWeekly.com:
The Real Housewives of New York City star Sonja Morgan isn’t talking openly about the details of her current financial situation. But she did open up exclusively to In Touch about how her recent financial blow — which includes owing $7 million and possibly losing her Upper East Side town house — has changed her life.

“As a ‘Housewife’ in the chain of [Bravo] TV shows, I think that we all respect what’s going on in America right now,” Sonja said. “A lot of people are going through financial distress. We’re all struggling to work and take care of our families.”

Sonja says the most important thing in her life is her family and “spending time with my daughter.”

Being a single mom — Sonja and her husband, John Adams Morgan, are currently fighting a bitter divorce battle — is a challenge for the reality star. “Things change when you are doing it alone. You can’t fire up the Viking and set the table for five people anymore,” she explains. “Now I have toaster oven dinners… and I don’t have to scrub pots and pans after, either!”

One thing Sonja refuses to sacrifice? Her style. “I always dress to the nines,” she said. “But even when all the money was coming in, I always looked for sales or bargains. I don’t like to waste money.”

She’s even getting back into the career world, pursuing what she calls the “lifestyle expert” business. “I’m sharing all my tips: how to cook, packing tips, travel tips, how to date…”

“I want people to be inspired,” Sonja said. “I want them to know money comes and money goes. You can’t take it to your grave. You have to learn from your mistakes.”

Ramona Singer Talks Abusive Past

OKmagazine.com:
Just because Real Housewives of NYC star Ramona Singer has a booming business and hit reality show doesn’t mean she grew up privileged.

Although the Hamptons native, 54, is now married to hubby Mario and mom to daughter Avery, 16, she is haunted by memories of a rough upbringing.

“I’m a self-made woman,” she tells me. “I was a victim of abuse. I saw my mother get the s*** beat out of her. I’d have to call the police. My father had a drinking problem, and I was on my own since 16. I put myself through college.”

Her mom urged her to make different choices than she did.

“My mother said ‘don’t end up like me.’ I’d go ‘Mommy, why don’t you leave Daddy?’ She said ‘honey, I don’t have a college education, I never got a career, I have four kids. Please don’t make the same mistake. Have a career, and whoever you marry, make sure you’re always making your own money, because that will give you strength – God forbid something goes wrong – and they’ll respect you more.’”

She adds, “My mother always said ‘make sure whatever you do in your career, love what you do. I’ll scrub toilets for you if I have to, because I want you to tell me what you want and make sure you love it.’ I’ve always loved business, and I’ve always loved fashion. I started in clothing, and went on to jewelry and skincare. I love Pinot Grigio, so I did Pinot Grigio. Do what you love!”

When she was a young adult, her past influenced her ability to commit.

“I would go from relationship to relationship, but I was scared to get married. I never had a problem meeting men and dating men and having relationships, but I was scared to death to get married.”

Ramona immediately knew her husband was right for her.

“The number one thing in any relationship is trust, and when we were dating, I knew I could trust him completely, and my husband – imagine him 15-20 years ago. He’s handsome now, but he was drop-dead gorgeous, and women would swarm all over him. I knew I could trust him every step of the way. We had great communication with each other, and we thought alike. We thought alike, and we got along. I enjoy his company, and he respects me as a businesswoman. He treats me as his equal.”

Kelsey and Camille Grammer Settle Child Custody Battle...For Now

TMZ.com:
TMZ has learned ... Kelsey Grammer and his ex-wife Camille have settled their child custody dispute -- but only temporarily. And make no mistake about it -- they're still at war.

Sources tell TMZ ... the agreement outlines who gets the kids, when and where, etc. We're told Camille will have both kids more than Kelsey, but the agreement accommodates Kelsey's work schedule.

The kids will not be separated. You'll recall, at one point Kelsey's lawyer recommended that the couple's son would fly to Chicago to stay with him, and their daughter would stay with Camille in L.A.

Our sources say the underlying issues between the couple have not been resolved -- i.e., money and permanent custody.

We're told Camille is bitter at the way Kelsey has treated her and the kids, while Kelsey is angry because he feels Camille has been disrespectful to his new wife.
"Disrespectful to his new wife"?!? LOL! Or the whore he was sleeping with while he was still married. I mean, can this guy really be that aloof? Or does committing adultery just not matter any more in this country?

Bethenny Frankel Gives The Skinny On Getting Rich

As someone who has done many interviews with celebrities and other assorted rich people, it's funny how much you can learn by just letting them talk:
In the past three years, Bethenny Frankel has proven she's more than just an attractive reality star; she's also a savvy businesswoman who has created a successful financial empire.

When Frankel began filming the hit Bravo reality show, "The Real Housewives of New York City," in March of 2008, the former natural foods chef had $8,000 in her bank account. Fast forward to this past April, when the 40-year-old entrepreneur sold her line of low-calorie ready-made Skinnygirl margaritas to Beam Global Spirits and Wines for a reported $120 million.

This month, her success continues with the launch of Skinnygirl sangria in stores across the country, and a new Skinnygirl shapewear line. As her third book, "A Place of Yes: 10 Rules for Getting Everything You Want Out of Life" (Touchstone) released in March, continues to reign on the New York Times Bestseller list, we asked Frankel to share some of her success secrets:

Have a personal mission statement. As an entrepreneur, it's important to identify your priorities and what you hope to accomplish with your business. Try to frame your statement in terms of action, and you'll find it helps to focus you in a very powerful way. For me, my business evolved from my own personal beliefs about eating well, promoting natural health, being fit, and solving problems.

Build a platform for your business. I joined the cast of Real Housewives exclusively for business. I had a column in Health magazine and was a spokesperson for Pepperidge Farm. But I wanted to build a large national audience for my Skinnygirl brand.

Remain true to your brand. Any product that I add to the Skinnygirl line has to be innovative, solve a problem for women, and help them to live healthier, better lives. My line is straightforward, honest, and doesn't make false promises. I've turned down a multitude of product ideas from headbands to diet pills.

If I wouldn't use a product myself, it doesn't become part of the Skinnygirl brand. When I made the deal with Beam Global, it was important to me to remain involved in the direction of the Skinnygirl low-calorie cocktails, and continue promoting and expanding the line.

LuAnn de Lesseps Sings Duet With Natalie Cole

Why Natalie Cole would lower herself to do a duet with LuAnn is anyone's guess, either that or somebody paid her really, really well:
Reality TV royalty has collided with music royalty — and the explosive effects have been caught on camera!

Real Housewives of New York star Countess LuAnn de Lesseps was joined recently for an impromptu duet by none other than Natalie Cole, and the unlikely duo tackled Nat King Cole’s classic L-O-V-E.

LuAnn had arranged for Natalie to surprise her boyfriend Jacques Azoulay, for their anniversary, and it turns out Jacques wasn’t the only one surprised when Natalie took to the mike with LuAnn!

“It was an out of body experience,” LuAnn gushed. “I still can’t believe I sang with Natalie Cole! Natalie is a doll, so easy to work with, so generous and just a down to earth gal – I love her!”

And it seems that the admiration is mutual -- a source tells RadarOnline.com that Natalie jumped at the chance to appear on Real Housewives and that she is a huge fan of LuAnn’s and that she loved the Countess’ first single Money Can’t Buy You Class.

You can catch the full performance on the season finale of Real Housewives of New York City, Thursday on Bravo 10/9 c.

Crazy Kelly Bensimon On What She Misses And Doesn't Miss About Bethenny Frankel

EOnline.com:
Real Housewife of New York Kelly Bensimon is happy for Bethenny Frankel's success and spinoff show. No, really.

"I love it when people do well," she told me during our exclusive interview with her as she showed us around East Hampton. "The better that she does, the better the franchise of Housewives does."

However, Bensimon did admit that she doesn't miss the pair's epic catfights, though she thinks other people do....

"Everybody...every single person...misses the altercations between Bethenny and I," she told me while showing me around Wolffer Estate Stables (where Sonja Morgan took an on-camera tumble while horseback riding with Kelly). "For whatever reason, they just love the fact that we fight for four minutes of television. Do I miss fighting with her? I don't like fighting. Do I miss her on the show? She was fun."

Kelly was in town this weekend for both work and fun. She hosted two parties this past weekend: one charity shopping event and another Havaianas flip-flop fete.

And the busy mom of two shared that she's currently dating a few eligible men.

"I'm actually just seeing a lot of different people and just doing the dating process," she shared over cocktails at Cyril's Fish House in Amagansett after we hit the beach. "I was married for such a long time and then I just took a break from just dating in general to get my feet firmly on the ground...now my girls are good and I'm feeling really good about where I am and life and work and everything and now I'm ready to bring someone into my life and share what I have."

Bravo: We Never Authorized 'Bible Housewives'

TMZ.com:
"The Real Housewives of the Bible" insist they answer to a Higher calling -- but now, the show's creator may also have to answer to Bravo ... because the network claims they NEVER signed off on the project.

If you haven't seen the show ... it's because it went straight to DVD .... and it's also not a reality show ... but rather a scripted series with some seriously religious story lines.

Problem is ... Bravo holds the trademark on the "Real Housewives" name ... and the network claims "Bible Housewives" creator Ty Adams never got permission to use it.

A rep for the network tells TMZ ... "Bravo is in no way associated with this project" ... adding, "We vigorously protect our trademarks and take appropriate action when necessary."

So far, it's unclear if Bravo has contacted Adams over the matter ... but it sounds like it's only a matter of time.
Considering how big an issue trademarking can be in this country, I was wondering too when and if Bravo would respond to "The Real Housewives of the Bible". Regardless of what people might think of 'Bible Housewives', Bravo (like any company) has every right to protect their image and the 'Bible' creators should've done the right thing and sought permission before taking it upon themselves to use Bravo's logo. Thus, I wouldn't blame Bravo at all for taking 'Bible Housewives' to court or at the very least getting a cease-and-desist order against the owners.

Kim Granatell Is Nothing But A Troublemaker, Yet Melissa Gorga Does Right By Teresa

When it comes to wanting to be 'Housewife', it's no secret how desperate Kim Granatell is as far as wanting to be on the show full-time (even she's admitted it several times). And while Bravo execs have done good by saying no to her, it's still kind of sad to watch how low a 56yo woman will go to get attention. I mean, bringing by a woman/lawyer that she knew Teresa just had a fight with to a party at her brother's house was just beyond the pale. Props to Melissa and Joe Gorga for kicking the woman out of the house. After Teresa practically ordered her to remove the lawyer chick from the premises, Melissa could've easily made it about herself and said no, but instead she took the high road and ended up doing the right thing because the woman just had no business being there. And it's just disgusting watching Kim Granatell, a classless woman in serious denial about her wicked ways, keep this act up. Good thing it looks like next week Chris Manzo steps up and gives the evil witch what's been long coming to her.

Other Notes: - Kathy stop sucking up to Teresa, you're clearly no match for her in person and going to another room to curse her out was just lame.

- Ok, enough with "Poor Ashley With The Two Families". Does anybody not named Jacqueline notice how this spoiled 20yo brat continues to use her parents divorce as an excuse to get own way? Then too, i've never seen a better actress when it comes to crocodile tears. Enough already.

- And yes Teresa Giudice saying that she can "identify" with Angelina Jolie, as far as the amount of attention she gets, has to prove once and for all that as her lil brother Joe said on WWHL...since she started on RHONJ she's "changed".

Michaele & Tareq Salahi Sued For Alleged Wine Tour Fraud

Why wouldn't these two still be getting in trouble:
Michaele and Tareq Salahi are being sued for allegedly defrauding a woman out of the money she paid them for a tour of Virginia's wine country, RadarOnline.com is exclusively reporting.

The case of Emily McCallum vs. Michaele Salahi and Tareq Salahi is on calendar for 8:30 am July 18 in Loudoun County (VA) General District Court.

McCallum is one of several people who've complained that the Salahis have been operating a wine tourism company and failing to deliver, but she appears to be the first to file suit against the couple best known for their White House gatecrashing and starring roles on the now-canceled The Real Housewives of Washington, D.C.

Earlier this year McCallum earned her master's degree and wanted to celebrate with family and friends by taking a scenic wine tour.

"She scheduled it with a company owned by the Salahis and paid in full," a source close to McCallum tells us. "They never showed up and at the last minute, Emily had to get another company. She's been unable to get her money back from them. I'm really glad she's taking them to court."

RadarOnline.com has confirmed with the Virginia corporation records that Tareq Salahi is listed as a Director for a wine tour company.

Taylor and Russell have been married for six years. Taylor is citing irreconcilable differences as the cause of the split, and is asking for joint custody of their daughter. Russell says he, of course, will provide child support.

“We are very supportive of each other and love each other. I will support her as best an I can moving forward.”

Danielle Staub Sex Tape Lawsuit Will Go Forward

RadarOnline.com:
Real Housewives of New Jersey star Danielle Staub has a sex tape scandal that just won’t go away. RadarOnline.com has exclusively learned that a judge in the Morris County Superior Court ruled against Staub in her motion to dismiss a lawsuit she claims is frivolous, filed by her ex-boyfriend Stephen Zalewski in court on Friday.

Zalewski sued Staub in 2010 for defamation of character and harassment after she claimed that he filmed a sex tape without her knowledge or consent in the episode of the RHONJ titled “Play At Your Own Risk.” The sex tapes have never been released to the public.

Zalewski’s attorney Nace Naumoski exclusively told RadarOnline.com: “Stephen never hid a camera. Accusing someone of hiding cameras is terrible. It’s not only defamatory; it is a third degree crime in New Jersey.” Zalewski’s lawsuit is a civil case.

“We were pleased that the judge said the case was not frivolous,” Naumoski said. “The main thing that we want to happen is for Danielle to stop making these statements. I don’t think she gets it so I want her to realize that there are consequences for her actions.”

Teresa Giudice To Launch Cosmetics Line?

Gather.com:
Despite having a tough year, Teresa Giudice is doing what she can to make her life work. After her husband declared over 11 million dollars in bankruptcy and being charged with identity fraud, Teresa is doing what she can to make money.

With the recent success of two cookbooks, Teresa is trying something new - a cosmetics line. The line features nail polishes and lip glosses, which does not come as a surprise with her four daughters who enjoy getting glam and fabulous on the show, the Real Housewives of New Jersey.

Teresa's announcement was made on her official twitter account, where she shared that she was introducing her new line at a trade show in Florida. Teresa Giudice promised to give details about purchasing options in the near future.

The official line is called TG by Teresa Guidice. Although there has been no official details from Teresa or from the Bravo network about the line, fans of the Real Housewives of New Jersey as well as Teresa herself, are stoic about the news. While some simply wants to buy it because it is Teresa's line, many are doing it in support of her financial issues.

Taylor Armstrong To File For Divorce

Considering how these two always seemed to lack any chemistry for each other (at times last season it seemed liked Taylor had more of a crush on Kyle than her own husband) guess one can't be too surprised at their splitting. And wow, no prenup!
Taylor Armstrong -- one of the stars of "Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" -- will file divorce papers by day's end -- TMZ has learned.

We're told Armstrong will cite "irreconcilable differences" as the reason for divorcing Russell Armstrong, her husband of nearly 6 years.

The couple has a 5 year old child. We're told Taylor will ask for joint legal and primary physical custody.

She will also ask for spousal and child support.

We've learned there is no prenup.

Can Bravo Please Do Me A Favor And Get Rid Of Cindy Barshop?

All season I've been struggling to understand why Bravo brought Cindy Barshop onto RHONYC in the first place. She's certainly no Bethenny when it comes to wit. Most of the time you see her on screen she's just there with her mouth wide open. She seems to be very pretentious and flat-out dismissive of the rest of the Housewives antics, which comes off as very self-righteous and "I'm better than these people." She could be a racist. But what she did to Sonja on last night's episode, having a conference call in her kitchen after being invited over and catching a hissyfit at Sonja for making too much noise, just took the cake. The woman is rude, has no manners (really, just reschedule the damn breakfast if got an important work meeting or how about excusing yourself and asking to use another another room?), clearly has no manners and just adds nothing positive to the show. Besides that, like I've always said...7 'Housewives' on a show is just too much. Just be rid of Cindy...please!

Bethenny Frankel Considering a Second Child

Celebritybabies.com:
It’s official: Bethenny Frankel has a mover and a shaker on her hands when it comes to 14-month-old daughter Bryn Casey.

“This week she started walking. She’s flying now,” the reality star, 40, told PEOPLE while promoting her latest product, Skinnygirl Daily Cleanse & Restore on Monday.

“It went from 12 steps, no pun intended, to now fully walking through the house.”

And as Bryn reaches another major milestone, Frankel and husband Jason Hoppy may soon have news of their own to celebrate.

“We’re talking about [having another baby], but not really actively trying,” she reveals.

“There’s anxiety because of my age to be honest, but I don’t want to make choices based on fear. You never want to make a fear-based decision like, ‘Oh my God, I’m 40, we have to have a kid now.’”

Instead, Frankel adds, she plans on rolling with the punches and letting life follow its own course. “Someone said to me,’You will never regret having another one, but you may regret not having another one,’ so that’s weighing heavily on me.”

Melissa Gorga and Caroline Manzo Talk Making Amends

RealityTea.com:
Real Housewives of New Jersey stars Melissa Gorga and Caroline Manzo recently gave an interview to AOL where Melissa expressed her hope of a better family relationship, and Caroline did was she loves to do: give family advice.

Melissa admits, “There is a huge desire on my part to make amends. I want nothing more than my husband to be with his family.” She says she doesn’t want to be the one who appears to stand between her husband and her husband’s sister Teresa. Melissa believes that she hasn’t had the opportunity to prove herself like the ladies who have been on since the show’s beginning. She says, “It’s hard especially for me being the new girl trying to come in and give my side of the story when you have other women who have been on for two seasons, that you know, people have learned to love and people have learned to get to know.”

Caroline thinks it’s “wonderful” that the women share their lives with millions of viewers. She says, “I think it’s a learning experience to teach everyone that they’re not alone in what they are going through.” She elaborates that “in struggles with families and relationships” the most important thing to do is maintain “an open line of communication.” Caroline continues, “Look within yourself to find out what you did wrong.” She’s a regular Dr. Drew!

Melissa concludes with some things we viewers can expect to see as the season continues. She reveals, “On a lot of the upcoming episodes you’re going to see a lot of good times and house husbands. You are going to see us kind of go full circle and makes amends, and I think that is what America is looking for.” My bad, I thought America was looking for drama.

Tamra Barney Talks Casey Anthony Verdict

Oh that Tamra, she has an opinion on everything:
There's no shortage of opinions on the Casey Anthony trial. See: the world's experts on everything--Internet users.

Tamra Barney, Real Housewives of Orange County star, is one of the many who've taken to Twitter and Facebook to unleash anger over the "not guilty" verdict and subsequent report that the 25-year-old Florida woman may be released from prison as early as next week.

Barney, who at one point changed her Facebook profile pic to one of Caylee Anthony, asked her 184,000 FB fans:

"Casey Anthony will be released from jail July 13....What do YOU think will happen to her when she gets out? That girl better sleep with one eye open."

(Editor's note: Corrections officials now say she'll be out four days later on July 17.)

One not-so-funny commenter responded: "[Housewife] Alexis and Jim should hire her as there [sic] new nanny."

Lisa VanderPump’s Advice for Duchess Catherine in Beverly Hills

InStyle.com:
Beverly Hills is in for a British invasion. The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge are headed there this weekend, and InStyle.com caught up with another British import in town—The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills’ Lisa VanderPump. According to this English lady, here’s what Catherine Middleton can expect from the city:

1. HELLOS FROM EVERYONE
“Well when I first came to live in America, I was shocked at how many people would say hello that I had never met. This generally doesn’t happen in England. We could sit opposite somebody in a train carriage for hours and not say a word!”

2. A CALM FEELING
“There is a certain calm in BH that you don’t see in many other cities. It just doesn’t have the frantic feel like most large cities.

3. GREAT SHOPPING
“Rodeo Drive has a certain cache that I have never seen—the shopping in BH is second to none.”

4. LOTS OF FANS
“They seem to love the British!” VanderPump said of Americans relationship to the Brits. “I feel she has captured many hearts! I am a huge fan.”

Danielle Staub Talks New Reality Show: "Famous Food", Disses Teresa Giudice

USmagazine.com:
She's baaaack!

After a hair-pulling, table-flipping September 2010 exit from Bravo's Real Housewives of New Jersey, one of reality TV's most hated villains, Danielle Staub, is back to stir up more drama, this time in the kitchen on VH1's Famous Food.

Ahead of Sunday's premiere, Staub, 48, offers five reasons to watch the competition series costarring Heidi Montag and Jake Pavelka. At stake on Famous Food? Seven celebs will battle for bragging rights and a gig as partner of the Los Angeles-based Dolce restaurant group.

"This is my chance to do something a little different [on reality TV]," Staub tells Us Weekly. "Rather than fighting for my life [like on Housewives], it's a chance to fight for a restaurant and to show my children a different side of their mom on TV."

For more from Staub -- including her thoughts on Montag ("not the sharpest tool in the shed," she snipes) and the show's biggest blowout fights -- check out the exclusive clip above!
Sad. But I guess where there's money to be made Danielle Staub will always be useful.

NeNe Leakes' Son -- Arrested for Shoplifting

Can we officially say "LOSER!"? But then, I don't know if Bryson is ready to take the crown of "Worse Housewife Kid" (Lynn's kids were God-awful as was Laurie Waring's son Josh and Jacqueline's daughter Ashley continues to be a royal pain) just yet, but from the looks of things he's getting there:
The son of "Real Housewives of Atlanta" star NeNe Leakes was arrested in Georgia last night ... after cops say he tried to give himself the ol' 5-finger discount during a shopping trip.

According to officials in Gwinnett County, Bryson Bryant was charged with shoplifting and a probation violation around 9 PM local time last night.

It's not his first brush with the law ... Bryson -- who has appeared on the reality show with his mother in the past -- was arrested last year for marijuana possession.

So far, no comment from NeNe.

NeNe and Gregg Leakes Spotted Together

Straightfromthea.com:
NeNe Leakes of The Real Housewives of Atlanta and her husband Greg were spotted boo’d up in the corner of the Belvedere Lounge during the 2011 Essence Festival last weekend (July 2, 2011).

The storyline of next season’s “Housewives” is rumored to be focused on Nene & Greg’s “divorce,” so it’s obvious why the two made sure they weren’t photographed together. If you recall, Lisa Wu-Hartwell was booted from the show after she WOULDN’T pretend there was drama in her marriage, apparently NeNe & Greg have decided to play the game.
If Nene and Gregg do indeed get back together, should it surprise anyone? Especially when you consider what a drama-queen Nene is, what new man in his right mind would want to take that big, tall, hot, ghetto mess on?

Evangelist Produces 'The Real Housewives of the Bible' As Wholesome Alternative

Sounds like something Alexis and maybe even DeShawn Snow might want to look into:
"Real Housewives" has reached biblical proportions.

Web-based evangelist Ty Adams has created "Real Housewives of the Bible," a two-part DVD series due later this month. The new series follows six women in their pursuit of a happy marriage. Each character in the show represents different women from the Bible, including Sarah, Delilah and Jezebel. The creator believes it's a more wholesome alternative to Bravo "Real Housewives" reality series, according to CNN's Belief Blog.

"I was frustrated with what I was seeing," Adams told CNN. "A lot of society is looking towards programming to educate them on relationships and these shows haven't effectively done that."

She later told CNN that the goal of her series is to help women connect real-life issues with Christian teaching and to teach women how to maintain marriage despite hardship. She believes reality shows, like the cable "Real Housewives" series, have "ruined and tainted our ability to secure good relationships and to make women into good wives."

The DVDs sell for $29.99. A workbook is sold separately or can be ordered with the DVD.

Julie Ryan Evans, a writer for The Stir, slammed the Bible-based series.

"While her way seems about as logical as using a Casey Anthony parody to teach women how to be good parents, she seems to think it will work," Evans wrote.

Evans called the new series "atrocious" and claimed the actual "Real Housewives" shows "might actually be a step above this backward, misogynistic thinking."
I haven't seen the DVD, but this idea doesn't sound "misogynistic" at all to me. In fact, the idea that women who choose to be housewives or let their men be the breadwinners/leaders of the family, somehow demeans women is just dumb to me. Real housewives (and there are millions of them) don't get enough credit in this country and I'm glad that Bravo is open-minded enough to allow the Alexis Bellino's the world show off their side of the tree. Then too, if there's room for a whore like Danielle Staub on 'Housewives', there should be room for Christian women too--it's only right and it's only fair.

Slade Smiley’s Ex Says He Owes $160K In Child Support And Is Still Not Paying

Besides any woman who shacks up with Charlie Sheen, I don't know of a dumber broad who stays with a guy who screams nothing but "TROUBLE!" than Gretchen Rossi:
More news to report in the ongoing child support case involving Real Housewives of Orange County star Slade Smiley, boyfriend of Gretchen Rossi.

Michelle Arroyo, Slade’s ex and mother of his son Grayson Smiley, is speaking out against him in a new interview. Michelle states that despite Slade’s claims on the recent reunion show that he is paying his child support, he is still a deadbeat dad who continues to fall further behind in his payments as Grayson‘s medical bills pile up. Grayson, 11, is suffering from a rare brain tumor.

“My son’s father, Slade Smiley, is a deadbeat dad,” says Michelle in the current issue of the National Enquirer. In fact court documents obtained by the mag show Slade is now owing a whopping $160,000 in child support, a vast increase from the $138,000 he owed back in February. Court documents also show he has only made $7,000 in payments over the last several years.

“I just want Slade to do his part as a father,” says Michelle. “We’ve been living with my sister for the past four years. I can’t work because of [Grayson's] illness.” Michelle states Grayson requires 24-hour care.

Slade was contacted to give his side of the story and the best he could come up with was copies of two $500 money orders he sent to Michelle as proof that he pays his child support. Slade also stated a $20,000 donation to his son’s foundation was made on his behalf by a production company. He however had no response when it came to the 160k he owes. Slade’s driver’s license was suspended back in January due to the delinquent child support.

Michelle adds that she isn’t satisfied with things and takes Gretchen to task for stating in a recent Bravo blog that Slade can prove he’s been paying his support. “I would love to see the documents that Gretchen is talking about,” fumed Michelle. “The court records don’t lie. He needs to start acting like a father and taking some responsibility.”

In the meantime, there is a website set up for little Grayson for those who would like to contribute to his foundation. The website is Amazinggray.org. Grayson has been battling his brain tumor since 2006 and continues to require surgeries to treat the disease.

NeNe Leakes: No Hard Feelings Toward Star Jones

People.com:
She was the the reason she quit Celebrity Apprentice, but that isn't stopping NeNe Leakes from keeping it cordial with former fellow contestant Star Jones.

"Saying hello costs me nothing – that's free," the Real Housewives of Atlanta star, 43, tells ESSENCE.com. "I'm not so in a rage that I can't say hello and I can't stand in the same room as Star."

The two famously feuded and resorted to name-calling on the NBC show, and their rivalry hit a peak when Leakes unloaded on Jones in front of a client.

But now, months after the show wrapped and John Rich was declared the winner, there's no hard feelings – at least as far as Leakes is concerned. "I don't hate her," she says. "I don't know anybody I hate."

She adds: "Star is Star. I wish her all the best."
Of course, anyone who watched the show saw that Nene was usually the instigator when it came to her "feud" with Star Jones. And she looked like a complete idiot walking off the show the way did, but hey you are what you are.
