Joe Giudice Rejects Plea Deal On Phony License, Heading To Trial This Fall

NorthJersey.com:
Reality is fast closing in on Giuseppe “Joe” Giudice, the “Real Housewives of New Jersey” husband who on Monday chose to stand trial on charges he obtained a phony driver’s license rather than accept a plea bargain that would have sent him to prison.

Giudice, 42, accompanied by his attorney, Miles Feinstein, rejected the state’s plea offer of five years in state prison during a brief appearance in Superior Court in Paterson. He, instead, will stand ptrial on charges that he used his brother Pietro’s identity in an attempt to obtain a driver’s license at the Motor Vehicle Commission office in Paterson in June 2010.

“We will prepare for a trial,” Feinstein told Judge Greta Gooden Brown. The judge set a date of Oct. 1 for both sides to return to court to set the trial date.

Giudice, dressed in blue jeans and blue blazer, did not speak during the hearing. The only words he uttered were an apology to the judge for being late.

“I got lost in the mall,” he told the judge as he left the courtroom. The judge, apparently caught off-guard by the remark, did not respond.

Giudice explained after the hearing that he had gotten lost in the underground parking lot of the Center City Mall, which is located a block from the courthouse.

Authorities allege that Giudice obtained a driver’s license using marriage and birth certificates that belong to his brother. At the time, Giuseppe Giudice’s license had been suspended for Driving While Intoxicated after he flipped his pickup while driving in Montville in January 2010.

Prosecutors began to investigate the brothers when Pietro, 39, was pulled over by Lincoln Park Police. When the police officer ran Pietro’s information through a dashboard computer, the search produced Giuseppe’s photograph, authorities said.

Pal Claims Adrienne Maloof & Hubby's Open Marriage Led To Divorce

RadarOnline.com:
Adrienne Maloof and her husband filed for separation on Monday, but RadarOnline.com has exclusively learned the couple were having issues for a long time and even had an open marriage.

The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star's estranged hubby Dr. Paul Nassif has already moved out of the family mansion, but friends of the couple are not surprised by the split and even say they saw it coming.

"Adrienne and Paul have pretty much had an open marriage for quite some time," a close pal exclusively told RadarOnline.com.

"They both knew of indiscretions the other had, and both would get jealous, but their marriage had become so broken it was the only option for them."

After nine years of marriage, Adrienne exclusively told RadarOnline.com: "I'm so sorry that this is happening, but my children are my life and sometimes we need to do what's best for them. It's an unfortunate situation, but I have to have my kids' best interest at heart."

The cast of the hit Bravo show is taping tonight and insiders say Adrienne's divorce is sure to play a key role in the new season.

"Everyone involved in the show knew Adrienne and Paul weren't happy with each other and quickly on their way to a divorce," the source continued.

"Having an open marriage was not a solution but they were desperate to keep it together for the children."

While the source maintains an open marriage existed between Adrienne and Paul, they note that neither is actually ending the marriage because of a new relationship.

Caroline Manzo Could Get Her Own Talk Show

HuffPo.com:
Watch out, Bethenny Frankel! Another "Real Housewives" cast member may be given her own talk show. Caroline Manzo, from "The Real Housewives of New Jersey," one of the most popular series in the Bravo franchise, has often been mentioned in development meetings, following the initial test run of Frankel’s show.

"There are a lot of sheep in the TV business. Once a formula is successful, everyone wants to copy it," one TV insider tells me. "Caroline's name has come up several times and although it's still in the very early stages, I wouldn't be at all surprised if she gets her own chat show."

A few months ago, Caroline co-hosted her first daytime show, joining Jane Hanson and Sara Gore on "New York Live," where she proved to everyone that she had what it took.

"Caroline Manzo is appealing for daytime talk because she has the 'it' factor," explains Amy Rosenblum, executive producer of New York Live. "You want to be friends with Caroline. Why? Because she's nice and she's honest and she says what the viewers are feeling. I loved Caroline when she co-hosted because she wasn't afraid to speak her feelings -- and what she said had a huge impact."

Caroline says that no one has contacted her yet, but told me it would be something she would love to do.

"Caroline is perfect for women at home," Rosenblum, who also runs the high-profile media training company Media Masters, tells me. "She is smart, relatable and feels comfortable in her own skin."

Alex McCord Says Bravo Threatened Her to “Put a Lid on” Her Revealing RHONY Video Blogs

Wetpaint.com:
Former The Real Housewives of New York star Alex McCord claims that Bravo executives are so unhappy with her juicy video blogs that they wrote her a “strong-worded letter” last week, asking Alex to “put a lid on it.”

Every Tuesday, after an episode of RHONY Season 5 airs the night before, Alex recaps the episode in video format for RumorFix. We always look forward to Alex’s vlogs, because she includes details and commentary on how certain scenes and get-togethers are “set up” by producers and crew members.

But after Alex sent Bravo a letter regarding a separate issue — she objects to Bravo’s alleged “Top 20 Reunion Moments” special in the works because she and other stars won’t receive royalties —  the NY Daily News reports that “the network fired back their own [letter to Alex].”

Alex claims that in Bravo’s letter they basically said “they didn’t like my RumorFix videos.” We can see why. Personally, we’ve found her insight enlightening, and they do change the way we watch Real Housewives shows now.

Alex tells the NYDN, “Everything I discuss on RumorFix is coming solely from watching the show, plus the general experience of having been on a reality show for four years.”

Dr. Paul Nassif Plans to File For Legal Separation From Adrienne Maloof

Sad news. Sure they often fought a lot, but I still liked them together as a couple:
"Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" stars Dr. Paul Nassif and Adrienne Maloof are on the outs -- Paul plans to file for legal separation early this week ... TMZ has learned.

Sources tell us Adrienne and Paul have discussed the situation, and she is well aware of his intentions to file the paperwork.

We're told the couple -- married since 2002 -- has made multiple attempts to work out their issues, but ... no dice.

Paul and Adrienne have 3 sons together.

Kyle Richards Slims Down After 'Getting Head-to-toe Liposuction'

MailOnline:
She looked incredible at the pre-opening of her clothing boutique last weekend.

Kyle Richards wore a low-cut floral dress, embellished with sequins that showed off her enviable frame.

But it seems the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star may have had a little help with looking so good for her 43 years of age.

Apparently the reality personality recently underwent a head-to-toe liposuction procedure.

Richards has been feeling self-conscious about her womanly curves ever since giving birth to her four children, daughters who range in age from four to 24.

Kyle has been known to cover up while the rest of her female cast mates don two-piece swimsuits for their trips away, and most recently a getaway to Sin City left her feeling more insecure.

A close source told Radar: ‘The deciding factor for Kyle was the housewives trip to Las Vegas.

'They were filming around the pool and Camille and Brandi immediately stripped down to these teeny tiny bikinis - and, needless to say, they both looked stunning.’

As a model, it’s no wonder 39-year-old Brandi Glanville feels the need to stay looking trim next to her co-stars.

However, the mother-of-two (and former wife of actor Eddie Cibrian) acknowledged undergoing plastic surgery procedures, including having her lips plumped and her breasts augmented.

The insider continued: ‘Kyle felt so intimidated, there was no way she was taking anything off in front of the cameras, she felt totally inadequate.
'Don't get me wrong. Kyle was by no means overweight, she eats healthily and she works out, but she just has certain areas of her body, like most women, that she isn't happy about. So she decided to get a little help.

NeNe Leakes: Ryan Murphy is 'Obsessed' with Me

TheInsider.com:
NeNe Leakes will grace our televisions in her second scripted role this fall with NBC's The New Normal, and the Real Housewives of Atlanta star wants to relay a very special thank you to her glorified stalker, Glee creator Ryan Murphy.

"[Ryan] had an obsession with me," explains NeNe of how she landed the plumb role of coach Roz on Glee.

"Ryan said to me that I was his guilty pleasure and he'd been watching The Real Housewives ... he would watch it on Sunday and make his bed and drink his coffee and watch me."

After several appearances on the FOX hit, Murphy apparently couldn't get enough of the outspoken star, proposing she join his new sitcom about a gay couple looking to adopt.

"He was like, a huge fan of mine and he called around looking for me and we worked it out," said NeNe.

Also starring Andrew Rannells, Justin Bartha, Georgia King and Ellen Barkin, The New Normal casts Leakes' in a familiar part: a sassy neighbor who tells it like it is.

"It's gonna be lots of laughs," she promised. "There may even be a tear. There will definitely be drama. It's gonna be a great show."

The New Normal's series premiere date is scheduled for September 11, 2012 on NBC.

Melissa Gorga Talks Music Career, Says Joe Giudice Is "Only Making a Fool of Himself”

Wetpaint.com:
Melissa Gorga had a pretty easy time on the last episode of The Real Housewives of New Jersey, seeing as all the h’wives (more or less) managed to keep the peace, but she did have some choice words for Joe Giudice after watching the househusbands have their discussion at Chris Laurita’s house.
During the discussion, Joe Giudice admitted that one big gripe he had with Joe Gorga was the fact that he never returned a set of tools he borrowed a long time ago. In her latest BravoTV.com, blog Melissa discusses Joe Giudice’s behavior (that night and in general), and she has some choice words for her brother-in-law.
Melissa writes, “As far as the men go, boys will be boys... If Joe Giudice got is just mad Joe didn't return tools, and he continues to speak the way he does about his wife's brother, that's sad.”
“He has continually bashed me as well, and in the long run he's only making a fool of himself,” she concluded.

Is Sonja Morgan Too Sexual? Carole Radziwill Thinks So

Wetpaint.com:
We think The Real Housewives of New York star Sonja Morgan is a hoot, but based on this sneak peek of Season 5, Episode 9: "Dirty Ol' Dad" (airing July 30) not all of the housewives are on board with Sonja's raunchy jokes.

Here the gals are given a lesson in facial yoga (seriously), and Sonja can't seem to stop herself from making sexual innuendo after sexual innuendo. We think she's funny, and of course Ramona Singer was laughing it up. Carole Radziwill, on the other hand, was less than amused.

"I wish that Sonja and Ramona took it a little more seriously, because they could both benefit from it," she comments in this video. "But it's not my job to teach them good manners."

Oh, snap!

Adrienne Maloof Reveals That She Isn’t Friends With Some Of Her 'Housewives' Co-Stars

Examiner.com:
It is no secret that ‘The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills’ stars aren’t exactly the best of friends when the cameras aren’t rolling. Both Lisa Vanderpump and Brandi Glanville have pointed fingers at Adrienne Maloof for spreading false stories about them in the press. However, Adrienne herself has recently shared some statements about her costars when talking about the upcoming third season. In a new interview released yesterday, Adrienne explains that there are definitely some women on the show that she isn’t friends with.

“We have a new cast, so you’ll have to wait and see how we interact,” ‘The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills’ star Adrienne Maloof said in the interview conducted at the Zing-branded Vodka launch party. There are rumors that Yolanda Hadid has joined the cast, but Adrienne didn’t want to reveal the brand new cast. She would rather that fans tune in to see the show this fall.

“We do spend a lot of time together,” Maloof continued about her cast members. “I enjoy some more than others. I don’t want to go there tonight. But, it’s nice to have them be supportive. That’s what we do is support each other.” It sounds like there are some women that ‘The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills’ star Adrienne Maloof doesn’t enjoy spending time with, but she appreciates that they can all leave the drama out when doing events. One has to wonder if she is talking about Lisa Vanderpump and Brandi Glanville for all the tabloid stories and legal actions that have been going on between the ladies.

Heather Dubrow Fires Back at Barack Obama for Dissing Real Housewives

Wetpaint.com:
We can tell President Obama hasn’t been keeping up with the Real Housewives because he recently got on the bad side of Orange County’s Heather Dubrow. Clearly, the Bowgate Disaster of Season 7 was not on Obama’s radar, because you don’t want to cross this brunette Housewife!

While addressing the National Urban League Convention on July 25, the President said of America’s youth, “We will give you opportunity but you’ve got to earn your success, competing against young people in Beijing and Bangalore. You know, they’re not hanging out… They’re not playing video games. They’re not watching Real Housewives.”

In response, Heather tweeted, “@BarackObama In light of your recent comments, I'd like to point out that I am on#RHOC AND college educated AND considered a role model.”

Unfortunately, Obama has yet to respond, but we assume he’s offering to buy Heather a new cake and repeating, “Seriously? You’re this mad about a speech? And I have a sugar problem.”

Kim Richards May Have Relapsed

TheStir.com:
Concerns are growing over Kim Richards' sobriety as friends fear the recently rehabbed reality star has relapsed and is abusing pain pills, RadarOnline.com is exclusively reporting.

As we previously reported,  the Real Housewife star was forced by Bravo executives to undergo treatment for her substance abuse issues last year after her behavior became more and more erratic and worrying. Richards completed a 30-day stint in rehab and was released in January.

However, despite several months of clean and healthy living, the 47-year-old self-confessed alcoholic appears to be slipping back into her bad old ways again.

"Kim has appeared to be totally stoned whenever I've seen her recently," a source close to the former child star tells RadarOnline.com. "Her speech is slurred, her eyes are glassy and she's incoherent at times.

"She recently had a nose job and was prescribed pain pills to help her through the recovery and she appears to have developed a real liking for them.

"Addiction specialists advise all recovering addicts not to undergo any elective surgeries for at least a year after leaving treatment, for this very reason. A person that has substance abuse issues should not have ready access to strong, addictive medications, it's just begging for trouble.

"Kim was taking Vicodin for the pain while she recovered from the surgery and Ambien to help her sleep, and judging by her recent behavior, in my opinion, she is still taking them, in some quantity.

"She mentioned recently that she wants to undergo a second nose job as she claims her dog jumped up and hit her in the face. She said she suffered some damage and needs corrective surgery. It just doesn't ring true to me though and it is really very worrying."

Shortly after leaving rehab, Kim admitted during a Housewives reunion show that she is an alcoholic. She had previously admitted on an episode of Housewives to taking a myriad of prescription pills, including Lexapro, Trazadone and Topamax.

Jim Bellino Threatens Legal Action Against Tamra Barney, Says He Doesn't Want Alexis To Do The Real Housewives of Orange County Anymore

SheKnows.com:
Depending on who you ask, Alexis Bellino is either weighing her decision to return to The Real Housewives of Orange County for Season 8, or about to get axed by Bravo. Either way, her husband, Jim, knows what he wants for his wife, and he’s not afraid to tell the world.

“I don’t. I don’t want her to do it anymore,” Bellino tells Wetpaint Entertainment. “I absolutely do not want her on the show. But Alexis will do what she wants to do. It’s completely her call.”

(Because he doesn’t want to be accused of being “controlling.”)

For Jim, it was difficult to watch everything that his wife went through last season, and he’s not in a hurry for her to go back for more.

“It rips my heart out,” Jim explains. “Bullying and attacking people to the level they went after Alexis is crossing a line. What was their goal at the end of the day? To make her cry? Give her a nervous breakdown?

As her husband, it was awful to watch.”

The absolute worst, for Bellino, occurred after the season wrapped, during the Reunion Special.

“Tamra calling Alexis ‘Jesus Jugs.’ For me, that was the bottom,” he admits. “She offended so many people and she should apologize for it. Think about it: What if she had called someone ‘Jew Jugs’? It’s making fun of someone’s faith and it’s completely unacceptable. I find it offensive and horrible. That, to me, was also crossing a huge line.”

As for what he has to say to the ladies now…

“Be nice. That’s all. Just be nice,” says Bellino. “You know, they’ve all apologized off-camera, but they won’t do it on camera. I don’t know why.”

Teresa Giudice Calls Caroline Manzo A "Hypocrite" For Meddling In Her Marriage, Says Melissa Gorga Is Obsessed With Fame

Bravotv.com:
You'd think by now I'd be used to everyone on the show talking about me non-stop every single episode, but I'll admit I was shocked by Caroline's comment about my marriage. Not because I don't expect her to say nasty things about me and to constantly judge of me -- that's what she does. To quote Audriana's favorite movie right now, The Little Mermaid: "It's what she lives for." (Caroline does remind me of Ursula, come to think of it...) What shocked me is her hypocrisy.

I don't usually read the other ladies blogs but my wonderful fans keep sending me pieces to show me how badly the other ladies lie and contradict themselves, so I thought I'd share a few of my favorite comments:

On May 6, Caroline wrote in her Bravo blog that me calling MY OWN brother in PRIVATE to talk about his marriage (like we've always done our whole lives) was "cruel and thoughtless," and that talking about anyone's marriage is a "line that should never be crossed." Interesting. She should take her own advice. Maybe that she can't is why she doesn't have a talk show or write an advice column anymore... What Caroline said about me and Joe I think tells you all you need to know about who she is... (P.S. Read the rest of the Ursula song lyrics though. It's too funny: "Poor unfortunate souls./In pain, in need./This one longing to be thinner./That one wants to get the girl./And do I help them? Yes, indeed.")

Alex McCord and Simon Van Kempen to Enter Couples Therapy

TheHollywoodGossip.com:
Alex McCord and Simon Van Kempen are about to enter Couples Therapy. Not for real, of course. For VH1.

Sources confirm to The Huffington Post that these former Real Housewives of New York City stars will soon embark on another reality TV project with that network. Filming is already underway, with crews following Alex and Simon around the streets of The Big Apple.

McCord, Jill Zarin, Kelly Bensimon and Cindy Barshop all got the axe from Bravo last year, with Alex the first to re-enter the world of television.

She and Simon are expected to dish on their time as cast members during this new series, while also sharing details of their lives post-Housewives. We just REALLY hope we don't hear any more about Van Kempen climaxing during child birth.

NeNe Leakes Talks Housewives Future: "I Have 3 Shows", Tweets About Being "In Love"

SheKnows.com:
NeNe Leakes is a hard-working woman. What started off as a stint on The Real Housewives of Atlanta has become a full-fledged career. The reality star-turned-actress has appeared on Celebrity Apprentice, BET's The Game and Glee. Now she's a regular on the new NBC sitcom, The New Normal.

While promoting The New Normal at the summer TCAs, Leakes was asked about tackling the Hollywood scene.

"It's wonderful to live your dream," said Leakes. "I've always wanted to be an actress. Every year, for New Years I write down all of my goals and dreams and I put them in a Bible.

At the end of the year, I go and pull the paper out and check that off, and check that off! So it feels really good to be able to live your dream. I'm so honored."

As for her Real Housewives castmates, Leakes believes some, not all, support her career.

"They have all said to me they're very happy for me. But as I've said many times, I felt a few of them -- or a couple of them were very happy for me and the others I just think they said it because it was the right thing to say. But I didn't really feel it."

Despite her busy schedule, Leakes insists she'll be back for another round of reality drama. "Well, I'm a series regular on The New Normal and I recur on Glee and I am definitely a housewife for season five. I have three shows. I'm bicoastal and I'm working it out. I'm really blessed right now."

Taylor Armstrong Moving On After Husband's Death

HuffPo.com:
It has been almost a year since "Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" cast member Taylor Armstrong’s husband committed suicide. Armstrong says the year has been filled with pain, but now she is ready to move on and help others who have experienced domestic violence. And she might even start dating again.

"Statistically, my life could have ended in a murder suicide. I feel my life was spared and I want to use it for the greater good," Taylor says. "I didn’t get here by choice -- I got here by circumstance. I’m doing much better. It’s almost been a year since my husband took his life; it was bumping for a span. I have gone through stages of grieving. You do go through them. I still have tough days and get sad. Sometimes, I wake up and think, did this happen?"

"My little girl is doing great," she continued. "I want to be healthy, mentally and physically, for her. I’m not dating, I am actually feeling like it's time for me to get back out there and find happiness. I want my little girl to see what a healthy relationship looks like. My story is so public, there is no mystery about me. All any man needs to do is read my book. It’s going to be a problem dating. Dating for me is going to be a strange experience, but at same time there will be no surprises for anyone that signs on."

Taylor was recently named the national spokeswoman for the oldest and largest domestic violence organization in the U.S., the
National Coalition Against Domestic Violence, and plans to take her story about finding a healthy relationship to the high seas with a Mexican Riviera cruise.

"It seems to be the trend. Everyone from Kid Rock to Paula Deen is doing a cruise, so I figured I got to get involved. It’s going to be all about health, empowerment and relationships. My therapist, Dr. Sofi, who is on the show, has agreed to come on the cruise, and he’s going to do some workshops of healthy relationships," Taylor says. "I’m going to get some other people to come along. I would love to have some of the housewives come along and invite experts from the world of health and fitness. I’m good with the girls; we have all been through so much together. I want Kyle [Richards] and Lisa [Vanderpump] with me, cause we would have so much fun."

Was LuAnn de Lesseps Caught with Another Man?

People.com:
What is it with Housewives and vacations? A trip away from home seems to be license to misbehave – and the New York ladies are no different.

On an upcoming getaway to St. Barts (which airs Aug. 27) the clothes come off, along with the niceties. Bravo will air a sneak peek of all the drama after tonight's Real Housewives of New York City episode – but PEOPLE.com has an exclusive first look. (Watch the clip below.)

Let's get to the juicy stuff right away, shall we?

A source close to the show tells PEOPLE that after having dinner and drinks out with the ladies, where they were joined by dark-haired French guy (who is quite the Johnny Depp lookalike!), some began to suspect that Countess LuAnn de Lesseps – who already has a Frenchman of her own, longtime boyfriend Jacques – may have, well, been too friendly with their dinner guest.

In the clip, we see Heather sitting by the pool the next day claiming to have seen LuAnn with a man in the house. And, later, Ramona Singer even tells the same dark-haired guy, "I saw you here [at the house]. … OK, kiss and don't tell."

"LuAnn stayed out the latest of all the ladies," the source tells PEOPLE of the night's activities. Meanwhile, the source says, LuAnn explains herself after the rumors by telling her costars that she brought back a group of Italian friends that night to hang out at their house.

Says the source: "You find out who she really brought home the next day through a nervous phone call."

And, in fact, in the clip, we see a taste of that phone call, in which she's subtitled because she's speaking French. Says LuAnn: "He can't say he was here last night with me."

So, did the cameras catch the Countess cheating? We'll have to watch and see.

Danielle Staub Wants to Run for Senate

TheHill.com:
Watch out, Sen. Frank Lautenberg (D-N.J.) — you might have a famous opponent come 2014.

Danielle Staub, the firecracker from the first two seasons of “Real Housewives of New Jersey,” was on Capitol Hill Thursday, where she told ITK about her aspirations to run for political office.

“I would like to do something in the Senate,” Staub said. “I think that I can make a difference as a name and as a voice, and I’m definitely strong and can throw myself out there in many, many ways.”

The former Housewife, who filed for Chapter 7 bankruptcy in early June, has tried her hand at writing, singing and stripping, but politics could be her next foray.

Staub was on Capitol Hill as part of Children Uniting Nations’s seventh annual national conference, which focused on bullying, foster children and physical activity.

She lamented that she has been bullied her entire life, and that the torment has only gotten worse since appearing on national TV.

Pressed on whether she is a Republican or Democrat, Staub responded, “I’m going to keep myself politically direct and silent for now. Ask me in just another week maybe, and maybe I’ll have a different opinion. I do change my mind every so often.”

Jill Zarin Says It Would Take “A Lot of Money” to Get Her Back on Real Housewives of New York

Wetpaint.com:
Despite encouraging her fans to boycott The Real Housewives of New York unless she was re-hired, Jill Zarin says that she’s “moved on” in a new interview with RumorFix. But that doesn’t mean she’s above joking around about it.

When asked what it would take for her to go back on the show, Jill doesn’t miss a beat before answering, “A lot of money.” After a few seconds, she rephrases and says, “I don’t know. I’m sort of kidding. I never did the show for money so it wouldn’t really be a lot of money to bring me back.”

Jill says that she still plays tennis with LuAnn de Lesseps a couple times a week, and that she’s “actually even in touch with Ramona [Singer], believe it or not.” Honestly, after seeing the things we’ve seen on this show, we’ll believe anything.
Yunno, I can't lie and say that I've been that interested in RHONY this season. In fact I confess to barely watching an episode of RHONY this year, while RHONJ and RHOC keep me glued to the screen. And yes, I'll admit that RHONY does miss Jill and Alex in a major way. But dammit if Jill Zarin wasn't such an egomaniac and an evil, lying, conniving witch at times, I'd take a guess that she wouldn't have gotten fired from RHONY in the first place.

Caroline Manzo Predicts That Joe And Teresa Giudice Will Soon Divorce

RadarOnline.com:
Real Housewives of New Jersey star Caroline Manzo predicts a divorce within their reality TV family and points at Teresa and Joe Giudice

On Sunday night's episode of the hit Bravo show, she hints that she fears Joe hasn't made wise decisions and Teresa will eventually leave him because of it.

"Teresa wants it all, and I think that the demands she put on him led him to make decisions that weren't the best. And I think he resents her for it, and he's going to pay the ultimate price for it," she said.

"Prediction: Something may happen where someone has to go somewhere. Teresa's going to have to pull herself up on her bootstraps and take over. She'll say, 'You know what, I tried. I stood by him, but I have to divorce him now.....
Again, I'm no fan of Teresa, but Caroline getting all up in the Giudice's marriage is crossing the line. I mean with all the stuff Joe's put Teresa through already, she's still with the guy and what business is it of her's? Then too is the fact that Joe and Teresa belong together IMO. After all who in their right mind would want to be with either one if they did break up? In other words, for the rest of the wrold's protection, Joe and Teresa Giudice need to never, ever divorce.

Teresa Giudice Disses Bethenny Frankel’s Skinnygirl Brand

Wetpaint.com:
Teresa Guidice is on the outs with most of her The Real Housewives of New Jersey co-stars, and now even other Bravolebrities aren’t safe from Teresa’s wrath.

In Sunday’s episode of RHoNJ, Teresa heads to a Napa vineyard with the Jersey crew, and she takes a dig at Bethenny Frankel’s Skinnygirl cocktails!

While tasting various wines for her own Fabellini cocktail, Teresa remarks, “My thing is I don't like anything that tastes diet-y. For instance, Skinnygirl tastes diet-y. I don't like that.”

We love you, T, but you may want to think again before insulting Bethenny’s Skinnygirl empire — which she sold for a reported $100 million last year.
However, a source close to Teresa tells US Weekly that despite her harsh words for Frankel’s drinks, Teresa actually aspires to be Bethenny.

Say what?!

The source reveals, “Teresa will work as hard as she can till she gets to Bethenny status.”

Jim Bellino Talks About Staying Out Of The "Housewives" Spotlight

Wetpaint.com:
After getting less than favorable edits on The Real Housewives of Orange County, Alexis Bellino’s husband Jim has been happier staying out of the spotlight. But new “lost footage” from the Season 7 RHoOC reunion has prompted him to speak out.

In the footage, Slade Smiley — longtime beau of cast member Gretchen Rossi — takes offense to a blog post Jim wrote advising the male partners of the Housewives to stay focused on their own career. “You need to be the breadwinner,” Jim wrote. “If you’re not driven, you will be distracted.” Smiley, who manages Gretchen’s career and whose debt and financial issues have been a storyline for the past two seasons, felt Jim’s words were aimed directly at him.  In order to clear the air, Jim opened up exclusively to Wetpaint Entertainment.

Wetpaint Entertainment: Slade feels your post was an indirect insult. Was it about him?
Jim Bellino: No, it wasn’t. I don’t know why he feels that way. I never said the post was about one person in particular. I never mentioned his name.

Who were you writing about then?
Myself. I suffered a loss of income from being on the show that first year. What happens when you’re a husband or a boyfriend on these shows — what I saw happen to me and a lot of other Housewife husbands — is you get distracted from your own work. You find yourself saying, “Well, am I going to help manage her career? Am I going to take time away from my business to help her?”

But that post wasn’t about Slade. If it had been, I would have mentioned him by name. It was about me losing balance that first year on the show. I do feel it’s a man’s job to be the breadwinner, that’s my own personal opinion. But this show edits you however they want and the negative exposure I received affected my income.

So is that why you’ve played more of a background role since Alexis’s first season?
Partly, yes. But it’s also because I have no desire to get into bantering session with these women. It’s not a man’s place to get engaged in all the cattiness.

Have your seen your business improve since?
Definitely. I’ve since opened the largest indoor trampoline park in the word and have plans to open five more in Orange County and San Diego. And pulling back from the show has just improved business relationships overall.

Aviva Drescher Talks About Upcoming Bal Harbour Trip And Setting Up Sonja Morgan With Her Dad

HollywoodReporter.com:
Aviva Drescher is a new face this season on The Real Housewives of New York, where she's tasked with dealing with strong personalities from those around her. The Hollywood Reporter caught up with Drescher to get the dirt on Monday's episode when she, Ramona and Mario Singer we well as Sonja Morgan hit the road to Bal Harbour, Fla., to visit Aviva's dad to get the scoop on her experience and tease what's ahead.

The Hollywood Reporter: How familiar were you with the show when you signed on?
Aviva Drescher
: I was familiar but not a diehard fan. I watched intermittently and knew what was going on. I knew I’d get scrutiny but I was not prepared for how much scrutiny.  Now I wish I’d watched every episode, and read every blog.

You seem very genuine and unaffected.
I don’t have anything fake, except for my leg. (Laughs.)

What’s been the trickiest thing or person to navigate?
I would say it’s the scrutiny. I am even at times horrified by something I might see on the web. I never thought in a million years I’d bat an eyelash at that. One site called my hands “alien hands.” I claim no perfection of body parts, and that’s been difficult to navigate. It's cruelty.

The other person difficult to navigate is Ramona. What I learned later on in filming is, you never know what you're gonna get with her, like a box of chocolates from Forrest Gump -- I know not to trust her. I’m going to do a song called “Ramoniac” -- to the tune of "Maniac" from Flashdance. But I really don’t take this very seriously. I don’t think Carole [Radziwill], Heather [Thomson] or myself take this gig seriously at all.

My focus primarily -- beyond the charities I work with -- is that a lot of teens watch the show and when they see a woman with one leg who has earned a couple of degrees, married, divorced and remarried, when they see that they, too, can do whatever they want to do, with whatever challenge they may have (pimples on their face, whatever) it’s really hard and can scar you for life. I never thought I’d get married, I never thought I’d be able to have kids because of some of the antibiotics after my accident. If I had someone like me on TV to give me the visualization of being a wife and mother -- whatever your baggage is -- it’s worth all the cruelty coming my way. Or even an adult who has had an accident, or diabetes, or whatever. I’ve always reached out to people on a one-on-one level, and now on the show, I reach a lot more people. They email me and tweet me and tell me that.

Monday’s hour is the Bal Harbour episode and you’ve invited Ramona and Sonja along. Why did you want to fix Sonja up with your dad, who you describe as a sex addict?
My dad is very handsome, he's pretty successful and he’s also totally with-it and brilliant and funny and he’s unfiltered. He’s also really really sexual for his age, which is bordering 80. Sonja was married to someone 30 years her senior before so I thought, "Why not?" The worst thing to happen is they end up friends, and they both love sex so I thought there might be some compatibility there.

Taylor Armstrong Talks Domestic Abuse At Denver Convention

DenverPost.com:
“The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” has something the rest of the catty, so-called reality shows about ostentatious wealth don’t have. Bravo’s RHOBH has Taylor Armstrong and her all-too-real revelations of domestic violence.

Now that she’s aired her story in primetime, withstood the pain of husband Russell’s suicide last summer and written a book, “Hiding From Reality,” she’s tackling her next chapter. As a newly minted celebrity spokeswoman for an advocacy group, Armstrong will deliver the keynote speech to the National Coalition Against Domestic Violence in Denver on Sunday.

She aims to “spread the word so people in dangerous relationships know there are resources,” Armstrong said by phone from Los Angeles, “so women don’t run past red flags like I did.”

“It doesn’t matter if I’m in the Bronx or Oklahoma (her home state), women have told me the same stories over and over. They keep holding out hope things will change. It never does. That’s something people need to really wrap their heads around. Understand the cycle and why a person stays. In season 2 (of “Housewives”), you saw some of the girls start to turn their backs on me, they couldn’t understand why I would keep going back.”

Bethenny Frankel On Marital Woes: We Hit Bottom, But We Came Out The Other Side

RadarOnline.com:
It's no secret things have been rocky between Bethenny Frankel and husband Jason Hoppy, and the Bravo reality star admits to as much in a new interview.

"I want to say it's been amazing, but it hasn't been that way at all," the former Real Housewives of New York star, 41, tells People. "Our relationship has definitely been tested. It doesn't come easy for us. Sometimes you feel like, 'Oh God, are we going to make it?"

Bethenny said she and Jason, who have a toddler named Bryn, have "both been scared" and that "the second year of the marriage was not easy.

"We hit bottom … [but] we came out the other side," the Skinnygirl mogul said. "I've often thought if I didn't make my marriage work, I would have failed at my one true shot at happiness."

While many of Bethenny's marital woes were well-chronicled on her hit show Bethenny Ever After, she insists she "can't blame reality TV" for the strife, but personality clashes.

"We always had the struggle to accept one another, wanting the other person to be somebody they are not," she said. "Neither of us ever backs down, so every slight disagreement can become a full-scale war. Sometimes our disputes feel like a competitive sport."

However, in spite of the issues, the marriage is far from over, and Bethenny says she'll do everything in her power to keep it going.

"My business doesn't keep me warm at night," she said. "I want to be with Jason. We are going to make this work. No matter what."

Teresa Giudice Denies That She and Joe Giudice Lead “Separate Lives”

Wetpaint.com:
On the July 15 episode of The Real Housewives of New Jersey, little Milania Giudice mentioned that her dad, Joe Giudice, is “sleeping in his own room.” Producers then cut to Jacqueline Laurita commenting about rumors that Teresa and Joe are leading “separate lives.”

Oh, dear. This segment did not make the union of Mr. and Mrs. Giudice look healthy and happy. Teresa Giudice was particularly peeved to hear what her former friend had to say.

In her latest BravoTV.com blog Teresa writes, “No, we don't lead ‘separate lives.’ I have no idea why Jacqueline would bring up that rumor — she seems to love to bring up crazy rumors on camera about everyone else. Not very nice, and definitely not true.”

“Joe still does and always has lived in our house (he's never had a separate ‘work apartment’ or anything), and he sleeps in our bed with me every night,” she continues.
Adorably enough, Teresa is the first to sing Joe’s praises and insists that there are no major problems in their marriage.

Teresa writes of her husband, “He's a great father and a great man, my best friend, and an amazing partner. Did you see him ironing his own shirt? He may be old school Italian, but he is a modern guy when it comes to helping out with his own family — he jumps right in. He's my rock, and I love him.”

Crazy Kelly Bensimon on Losing 50 Pounds (Twice!) and the Worst Diet She’s Ever Tried

Washingtonian.com:
Kelly Killoren Bensimon may be best known for the three seasons she spent on The Real Housewives of New York City. But the 44-year-old mom of two, model, and former swimmer is now the author of I Can Make You Hot!: The Supermodel Diet. Before her book signing tomorrow at the Avenue Suites in Georgetown, Bensimon took some time to chat with us about the health and nutrition secrets she’s learned over the years and the one diet she will never, ever try again.

A 2009 article in Harper’s Bazaar referred to your great legs. What’s your favorite leg exercise?
My favorite leg exercises are squats and lunges. They just really tone up the inner and outer thighs and lift the buttocks, as well. When your butt muscles are toned, your legs look leaner.

What is the worst mistake you’ve made in your life healthwise, and what did you learn from it?
There are two mistakes: One is skipping meals and the other is fasting. Both of those do the same thing—every time you skip a meal or fast, you’re jarring your metabolism, which causes you to gain weight.

In your book you mention a bunch of diets you tried as a model. What’s the one diet that just did not work at all?
The white diet. I ate oatmeal in the morning and rice at night. I learned about the white diet when I was modeling in Paris. Another model told me if you ate the same thing for two weeks straight you would lose weight. So I told myself, “Let’s mix it up. Let’s do oatmeal in the morning and rice at night,” which did not make me thin. First of all, it was boring. Second of all, I got fat. Fat and bored together are not good.

You recommend to your readers that Sunday should be one’s guilty-pleasure day, the one day a week you get to eat whatever you want. Couldn’t that be a bad idea?
I don’t think it’s ever a bad idea to do what you like—it’s a bad idea to do what you like too much. I’m not encouraging you to eat all the hot dogs in your fridge. I am encouraging you to have a hot dog at the game. I’m encouraging you to live your life and make good food choices.

So how do you like to indulge on Sundays?
I love my mom’s Irish soda bread, which she used to make on Sundays after I did well in swim meets. I love the pizza I make with the girls, and guacamole and homemade chips. I love doing anything with my kids, and cooking is a good way for them to learn responsibility and how to take care of themselves, and for us to share and make memories.

You also recommend drinking a warm liquid, such as miso soup, before a meal to feel full faster. How does that work?
When you’re hydrated, you’re less hungry. Miso soup has a lot of sodium, but it’s hydrating, and it helps with digestion and fills you up quicker. But do you need to have a bowl of soup with every meal? No. Instead, you could have a glass of water without ice in it before you start a meal.

You say to exercise for 20 minutes every day. What’s your go-to 20-minute workout?
There are so many great opportunities to work out now. But for me, I’ve always turned to running because it’s super easy. It doesn’t cost anything—you just put on your shoes and go. I also spent a lot of time as a swimmer, and swimming is such a good overall workout.

In your book you say that you lost 50 pounds twice. When did that happen and how did you manage that?
[Laughs] When I got pregnant with each daughter, I gained 50 pounds. Most people in my position would really watch their diet and eat crazy foods and exercise like a maniac. For me, having children and being able to bear children was such an incredible luxury. I wanted to be a vessel for them and not exercise and diet while pregnant. As a result, I gained 50 pounds. Believe me, it wasn’t easy [losing weight] and having an ex-husband photographing models all the time. But for me, wanting to take care of myself is a really big part of who I am. I like to say I lost the weight gracefully—when my one daughter was five months old people were asking me, “Are you still pregnant?” But you know what? I have great, healthy kids, and I’m healthy at 44. I treat my body well, and as a result it looks good.

Lisa Vanderpump & Brandi Glanville Feuding With Adrienne Maloof!

RadarOnline.com:
The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills' Lisa Vanderpump and Brandi Glanville have been feuding with fellow cast member, Adrienne Maloof, and the fighting has gotten so intense lawyers had to get involved, RadarOnline.com is exclusively reporting.

As RadarOnline.com previously reported, the cast, sans Adrienne Maloof and Taylor Armstrong, are currently filming the finale of the third season in Paris, France.

Maloof decided "not to go to Paris because she just didn't want to be in a foreign country with Lisa and Brandi. Brandi has been picking fights with Adrienne, and she was just completely over the drama. It got so bad, that Adrienne had her lawyer send a cease and desist letter to Brandi because of the outrageous things she was saying. Brandi was way out of bounds, and now she has been saying that Adrienne is suing her. It hasn't come to that, Adrienne's lawyer only sent a cease and desist letter. Brandi had to discuss that with everyone and embellish the facts, and Adrienne is beyond frustrated with the situation," a show insider tells us.

Meanwhile, Vanderpump "has been encouraging Brandi to fight with Adrienne. Brandi doesn't see that she is being used by Lisa to go after Adrienne. Lisa is a smart cookie because she never gets her hands dirty, and has Brandi do all of her dirty work. Brandi is more than happy to oblige because she will be featured on Lisa's Bravo spin-off show, Sur," the source tells us.

The third season of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills will air on Bravo this fall.
